There's something about last years X Factor winners, Little Mix, and we think it's related to their non-contrived, fun and carefree approach on the fashion front. The four piece, who's recently released single D.N.A. has a killer video well worth a watch (check it out below), always look well put together, stylishly relaxed and totally themselves, with that in mind it might be worth taking some stylish notes from the girls.
The foursome were out and about in London this week at the launch of Bershka's new flagship store, and for the event, it looks like Perrie, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Jade selected their favourite pieces from the clothing brand's current Autumn / Winter 2012 collection. What do you make of their looks?
Blonde member, Perrie Edwards opted for their sporty grey sweat Batman crop top (£19.99), whilst Jesy Nelson went for their asymmetric crown top (£29.00), Leigh-Anne Pinnock selected their feather gillet (£99.00) and Jade Thirwall went all army with their camouflage denim shirt (£29.99).
Shop their looks over at Bershka and check out their video below.

The X Factor
Even if you haven't been glued to your television screen every weekend for the X Factor, chances are you've probably seen pictures of the gorgeous Ella Henderson in the papers or online. The super talented 16 year old is definitely one of our favourites to win this year, and not just for her voice - the girl has got style!
With a little help from her Ted Baker obsessed mentor, Tulisa Contostavlos and the X Factor stylists, Ella has provided us with a little quirky relief between deciding which female judge looks best and sobbing over the departure of the ever fashionable Jade, and now that Ella is the only girl left in the competition, all eyes are on her cute, retro inspired style. Journalist Dawn Porter echoed our sentiments last night on Twitter, telling her followers, "I love the skater skirt, belt, platform shoe look Ella has going on. Perfect for her age, look and everything. Nice styling."
Over the last few weeks, Ella has rocked a number of skater skirts and we have to give kudos to her and her stylist; they're working for her! Often teamed with black tights, an embellished top and a slick of black eyeliner, the look is very Zooey Deschanel, very easy to replicate and very affordable. Check out our best shopping picks below and get the look now!
This weekend was yet another action packed one on the X Factor front. Controversy surrounded eliminations, banned contestants and of course, the dresses talk. Yes, X Factor judges Tulisa Contostavlos and Nicole Scherzinger battle it out every week to see who can be crowned the most stylish, and this weekend it was our home girl Tulisa who came out on top.
The urban styled pop star cast aside her hoodies, tracksuit bottoms and the rest, in favour of one of what has to be one of our favourite dresses we've seen all series. The all-sparkled number from Saturday night's live X Factor show was by New York based brand, Jovani. We loved how the sparkles on "The Illusion Dress" appeared to be floating and bursting out, set on the fine sheer mesh.
Our sources day that Tulisa hired the dress from Girl Meets Dress, and guess what? So can you. Jovani's Illusion Dress is only £49 to rent for two nights, so for those of you who have a special event coming up, especially with party season coming up. Check it out below.
What did you make of Tulisa's choice this week? If you like her style check out how you can win shopping vouchers for her debut clothing collection over on OSOYOU here>>

The X Factor
Before the all consuming X Factor Saturday night live show schedule hits, this weekend saw the show's judge, Tulisa Contostavlos, give herself a well-deserved night off and let her hair down for a night out in London town. For her outing to London's Rose Club, Tulisa opted for a tighter than tight super miniature printed number by party dress specialists, Motel Rocks. What do you make of her all-revealing look?
The printed bodycon dress comes in a stretch cotton with a Gothic placement print in a blue and white shade. Complete with round neckline, sporty shoulders and form fitting mini length, we think it's a super stylish option for those fellow party girls out there.
If you want to steal some of Tulisa's style, check out the dress over at Motel above.

The X Factor
The X-Factor team were busy doing press all day yesterday, which means that they were unaware that Frankie Cocozza had left the competition - until an innocent journalist asked Kelly Rowland a question about it, and the above happened.
Well after weeks of being criticized because he can't sing and goes out and parties too much, Frankie Cocozza has finally resigned from The X-Factor.
Well, allegedly he has resigned, but it sounds like it may have been a forced decision.
In a statement, Frankie explained, "My life during the show has gone out of control and my behaviour off-stage has overstepped the rules of the competition.
"I no longer deserve my place in the show, so I am therefore leaving. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me," he added.
ITV insiders have claimed that Frankie was given the boot because he broke the 'golden rule'... not sure what that is but we bet the tabloids are going to have some fun with his surname tomorrow.
X-Factor replacement judge Alexandra Burke reaally was a poor substitute for Kelly Rowland, who is fast becoming our favourite person on the panel.
I mean, we could see what she was trying to do with the 'cool', 'down-with-the-kids' phrases, but OK.com? What the hell was that about? No-one says that.
So we're really glad to hear that the singer, who was stuck in the US while ill with some kind of throat thingy, will indeed be back this weekend.
A source said, "Kelly will definitely be on next week's show and has booked her flight home. She wants this job."
"She's taking this very seriously and it means everything but what could she do if her doctor refused to let her on the plane?" they added.
When she's not having a rant about Mischa B, Tulisa's showing us how to make a high-street jacket look like it cost more than her X Factor show fee.
We love everything about this autumnal outfit. The berry-coloured tailored shorts, her glowing legs, those lace-up boots, the scarf-meets-headband pattern clash...
But our favourite item? That Prodigy Red jacket she's snuggled up in. At just £20, she's got enough dough left over to take Kelly Rowland out for a slap-up apology meal.
Prodigy Red Abigail Military Jacket, £19.99 available at Prodigy Red.com.
We've been keeping a beady eye on the showbiz blogs over the weekend so you don't have to. Get up to speed on everything super-quick with our little lowdown:
1. Tulisa and Kelly have apparently fallen out over Mischa B. (Digital Spy)
More X-Factor stuff now - and we're back to the UK version as there's more speculation on who'll be getting the judging spots on our side of the ocean.
Apparently the newest candidate is Frankie Sandford of The Saturday's: "Frankie has all the right ingredients for an X Factor judge," a source told The Sun. "She looks great, she can hold her own and she's been there. The Saturdays have had to work hard so she knows what the wannabes are going through."
The insider added: "Just like Cheryl, she is young and glamorous and someone the contestants can relate to."
Hmm. Sounds like more rubbish to us! Would you like to see her as a judge?
