The X-Factor team were busy doing press all day yesterday, which means that they were unaware that Frankie Cocozza had left the competition - until an innocent journalist asked Kelly Rowland a question about it, and the above happened.
Her face is absolute gold.

Well after weeks of being criticized because he can't sing and goes out and parties too much, Frankie Cocozza has finally resigned from The X-Factor.
Well, allegedly he has resigned, but it sounds like it may have been a forced decision.
In a statement, Frankie explained, "My life during the show has gone out of control and my behaviour off-stage has overstepped the rules of the competition.
"I no longer deserve my place in the show, so I am therefore leaving. I would like to thank everyone who has supported me," he added.
ITV insiders have claimed that Frankie was given the boot because he broke the 'golden rule'... not sure what that is but we bet the tabloids are going to have some fun with his surname tomorrow.

X-Factor replacement judge Alexandra Burke reaally was a poor substitute for Kelly Rowland, who is fast becoming our favourite person on the panel.
I mean, we could see what she was trying to do with the 'cool', 'down-with-the-kids' phrases, but OK.com? What the hell was that about? No-one says that.
So we're really glad to hear that the singer, who was stuck in the US while ill with some kind of throat thingy, will indeed be back this weekend.
A source said, "Kelly will definitely be on next week's show and has booked her flight home. She wants this job."
"She's taking this very seriously and it means everything but what could she do if her doctor refused to let her on the plane?" they added.

When she's not having a rant about Mischa B, Tulisa's showing us how to make a high-street jacket look like it cost more than her X Factor show fee.
We love everything about this autumnal outfit. The berry-coloured tailored shorts, her glowing legs, those lace-up boots, the scarf-meets-headband pattern clash...
But our favourite item? That Prodigy Red jacket she's snuggled up in. At just £20, she's got enough dough left over to take Kelly Rowland out for a slap-up apology meal.
Prodigy Red Abigail Military Jacket, £19.99 available at Prodigy Red.com.
We've been keeping a beady eye on the showbiz blogs over the weekend so you don't have to. Get up to speed on everything super-quick with our little lowdown:
1. Tulisa and Kelly have apparently fallen out over Mischa B. (Digital Spy)
2. Peaches Geldof allegedly caught shoplifting at Boots. (Digital Spy)
3. Madonna gets booed at premiere of her latest film, W.E. (Holy Moly)
4. Why it's worth following Cheryl on Twitter (Holy Moly)
5. Which 31-year-old TV presenter is rumoured to be dating One Direction's Harry?(Holy Moly)
And finally...
6. One sad story from us. TOWIE's Sam & Billie attacked - we send our love.
More X-Factor stuff now - and we're back to the UK version as there's more speculation on who'll be getting the judging spots on our side of the ocean.
Apparently the newest candidate is Frankie Sandford of The Saturday's: "Frankie has all the right ingredients for an X Factor judge," a source told The Sun. "She looks great, she can hold her own and she's been there. The Saturdays have had to work hard so she knows what the wannabes are going through."
The insider added: "Just like Cheryl, she is young and glamorous and someone the contestants can relate to."
Hmm. Sounds like more rubbish to us! Would you like to see her as a judge?
Bet Dougie Poynter wouldn't.

Another possible celebrity judge of the US X-Factor has been ruled out - Mariah Carey will not be doing the job either.
God, we know more about who isn't involved with this stupid show then who is now.
Simon said that Mariah wouldn't be a judge, but that "after [she] has her babies, there might be a role for her during the live shows."
Simon Cowell has revealed to People that Paula Abdul is among the possible candidates. He said, "She has good taste in music, though you didn't always see that on TV."
Burn.
He also expressed interest in Jessica Simpson, explaining, "She knows what she's talking about; she's very into the mentoring side and is underrated as a singer."
Simon also told them: "I think Cheryl Cole's personality would translate in America."
Give it up Simon, it's not happening.

X-Factor contestant Mary Byrne has revealed that as close as Cheryl Cole seemed to her contestants on the show last year, they haven't actually heard from her since the show ended...
Mary told The Sun, "Matt has heard from Dannii [Minogue], I'm sure the boys have been in touch with Simon [Cowell], but I know Cheryl hasn't been in touch with any of the girls."
Apparently this also includes Cheryl's favourite Cher Lloyd! And we thought they were best buds. Speaking of Cher, Mary insisted that the teeanger has grown up from the apparently bratty, tantrum-throwing girl we read about last year.
She said, "Cher's a completely different girl - she's looking after herself now. She's calmed down an awful lot. She still has her moments, but she's a young kid. She wants to reach for the stars, she wants it all."

Rihanna appeared on the X-Factor at the weekend, helping Matt Cardle rob One Direction and become the winner.
The singer dueted with Matt on her song Unfaithful and it was a wonder he could get any words out with her looking like that.
But anyway, congratulations Matt.

Angelina Jolie recorded an interview as part of promotion for her new movie The Tourist and stated that the rumours were not true, and she hasn't been signed to play Catwoman in the new Batman movie.
:(
That would have been really good. She also doesn't know what the X-Factor is. Watch it above.
