Whitney Port, former castmate of The Hills and now star of The City, is planning to write a book.
The book, out in 2011 and named True Whit (yes), will be a sort of life guide, where Whitney will navigate you through the tricky parts of life.
What are these, I hear you ask?
Topics that Whitney will offer tips on include; getting rid of puffy eyes, dressing for a date, decorating a tiny apartment, and hosting killer parties.
Talking about the project, she said, "Being a twenty-something can be a difficult phase. There are so many questions, and I wanted to write about my experiences for anyone who needs help navigating through life."
"It's a really fun and fresh how-to-guide where I can share anecdotes that I've learned from both work and my personal life."

Spencer Pratt is never one to keep quiet for long. Ever, actually.
His new topic of ridicule this week has been the actually employed Kate Hudson and her possibly enhanced chest.
The reality star took to his twitter (as always) to mock Kate's choice of size, saying, "How is it possible to get breast implants and still not have breasts. Kate H - get ur money back (sic)."
"I gotta guy who will hook you up!"
Obviously Spencer would have no gauge of subtlety being married to The Human Doll.

Spencer Pratt has declared war on Audrina Partridge after she appeared on American television a few days ago and told the host that Heidi has "changed a bit" in personality since they first meet.
"She got her chin chiseled, her nose done again, her cheeks, boobs redone, lipo, butt job, I don't know ten procedures ... in one day...It's a lot."
That doesn't seem so bad to us. Spencer didn't take our view though.
He tweeted, "Audrina - Don't hate because your nasty Tijuana plastic surgery got you no press."
"Who elected you to gage cool - BITCH! Why don't u and ur played out 90s singer Cabrera go into a bathroom stall and do what u do best..."
He continued: "Oh the truth is coming... I'm not playing anymore. Everyone stay tuned... its all coming out!"
And never one to let something lie, he added, "Audrina - you want press? Leak another 50 naked photos of yourself like u did to get relevant to in the first place."

In the second television show related lawsuit of the day, Lauren Conrad has spoken out against Heidi Montag's allegations that she was sexually harassed by the creator of The Hills, Adam DiVello.
Claims had been made that DiVello allegedly touched Heidi, 23, inappropriately on her bum and 'lower back', and that he had tried the same thing with Lauren too.
Apparently Heidi is "very close to bringing legal action against the show."
But Lauren has released a statement refuting the allegations.
She said, "Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam DiVello. Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit. Adam is a true professional and a wonderful person to work for."
Looks like its Lauren V Heidi again! Just like the old days.

Heidi Montag debuted her new bikini body as she hosted the grand opening of the new pool at trendy LA nightclub Liquid with husband Spencer Pratt at the weekend.
The Hills star wore a self designed bikini under a knotted cover up to the event - and is it just us, or does she wear a permenant look of discomfort nowadays?
Heidi said, "I haven't been in a bikini since my new body and of course I'm wearing my own designs so I'm excited to show the world"
"I've been working out really hard and I've been through a lot so I'm very ready for this moment"
On the end of The Hills, the show that made her famous, she said, "Thank God it's ending. I think we're all ready for it to be done."

We previously reported that Spencer Pratt had been removed from The Hills because he assaulted a production member - but it seems that wasn't the end of the story.
Reports are now surfacing that Spencer actually got banned from the set after getting into an argument with an executive producer who physically assaulted Heidi from behind.
And when Heidi complained, the producer lied about it happening.
And knowing Speidi, if it's true, a lawsuit is probably imminent.

Heidi Montag has been discussing the toll that her plastic surgery has taken on her fully renovated body.
The... actress... revealed that she can't go jogging because of her boob job - her new "E or F" breasts are too "fragile" to cope with the exercise.
She also talked about one of her procedures called a "back scoop" - if you're of a nervous disposition look away now.
She said, "I actually didn't know [what that is]. I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit."
What's more, Heidi says her surgery has left her unable to hug people (poor Spencer): "I'm very weird about hugging people now -[my body] is very fragile."

Okay, this news was published yesterday, so I'm thinking it can't be an April Fools joke, but it is that ridiculous.
On the other hand, it's Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, so anything is possible really.
In order to strengthen their bond with each other, Heidi and Spencer have decided to give themselves "true native-American names."
You can now called Heidi and Spencer, White Wolf and Running Bear respectively.
Apparently Spencer Running Bear is getting "more in tune with spirituality... and will be known by the name our creator has given us."
Mm hmm.

Heidi Montag has reportedly offended all her The Hills castmates after she turned up to a photoshoot with four bodyguards.
The "actress", along with Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Stephanie Pratt and Lo Bosworth, was there to shoot promotional photos for the last season of The Hills and shocked and offended her "friends" when she "refused to take part in a group shot".
Her husband Spencer confirmed the rumours, saying, "It's all true. She was sick and she didn't even want to go to that photoshoot! She always travels with a security team."
In defense of her diva behaviour, Heidi apprently said, "I'm a movie star now!"

Heidi Montag is basically ecstatic that The Hills is over and she can become a full time, serious, respected actress.
Heidi told People magazine, "I'm so excited The Hills is finally over and I can now become a full time motion picture actress. There is no better training [for an actor] than being in front of the cameras 24-7."
She went on, "After working with Oscar-winner Ron Howard on a short film project (for FunnyorDie) and then working for days with the comedic genius director Dennis Dugan and his team of brilliant comedy visionaries at Happy Madison on Just Go With It starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, I have been able to truly find what makes me the happiest in life."
That's not all. Brace yourselves: Heidi is also venturing into script writing.
She says, "I am making the first 3-D beach comedy about a shark that attacks a small beach town and I save the day with my 3-D boobs. I've even written a role for Dolly Parton to play the town mayor!"
