Paris Hilton is ignoring all that is right and good in the world, and bringing out another album.
What's more, the heiress says that she is taking inspiration from one of her favourite artists, Kylie Minogue.
Paris told Heat, "My record is just in production now. I recently finished recording it. It's very like dance, club music."
She added, "I really have always loved Kylie Minogue - She's, like, one of my favourite artists. I've just been really inspired by her. I just wanted my music to kind of... emulate her."
Oh lord.

Paris Hilton has declared that she won't date guys who are already famous because she can't trust them.
She said, "The media are constantly making up stories and it's just hard to know if you can trust a guy who has fame."
Paris added, "I'd rather be with someone who's not in the public eye - I think it just makes it easier, and I don't know, there's so much that comes along with it. I'd rather be with someone who's not in this world."
Or maybe don't go out with D-list reality stars who need you for fame? But - sorry guys - she doesn't want a boyfriend right now anyway.
"I'm so happy right now. I'm spending time with my girlfriends and my sister and my family and just really getting to know myself. I've always had a boyfriend, so right now it's really important for me just to focus on me and my life and not really put all that energy into someone else," she explained.

Poor Doug Reinhardt. First he has to go out with Paris Hilton for years, and then she dumps him, and then she uses her free time to ridicule and humiliate him.
Paris, as we all know, is in St Tropez right now and was partying in club Les Caves du Roy, when Doug apparently walked in too!
Obviously that's not allowed, so Paris made the DJ tell him to leave!
A source said, "She asked the deejay to announce, 'Paris wants Doug Reinhardt to get out.' He left 30 minutes later with his head down."
Poor Doug.

Paris Hilton always seems to be on holiday. In fact her whole life is a holiday. Except for when she gets arrested.
No arrests today though; in fact Paris is having the time of her life in St Tropez. (Evidence: "Having the time of my life in St Tropez! Best Summer Ever! :).")
The socialitte was reportedly spotted in a club at the weekend where she ran up a £350,000 bar bill.
A source said, "Paris turned up with her entourage and within minutes the champagne was flowing - mostly all over the floor. She was gargling with it and spitting mouthfuls over people while dancing on tables."
If only money could buy you class.

Just two weeks after Paris Hilton was arrested for being in possession of cannabis (which conveniently for her turned out to be her friend's...) it's happened again.
Well, allegedly.
The 29-year old socialite was detained in Corsica airport when she was caught with the drug after flying to the French island on a private jet from Paris.
However the officers found less then 1g of it in her bag and released her without charge.
Paris, however, denies this happened at all, tweeting, "So sick of people making up rumours about me. The latest one about me is completely false too. Don't believe what you read. Silly nonsense."

And no, it wasn't because she'd overloaded the plane with her Louis Vuitton trunks.
Paris Hilton was arrested and detained for possession of marijuana at a World Cup match in South Africa.
The heiress was detained in a cell until her hearing (ans was reportedly seen being delivered pizza and soft drinks) where the charges against her were dropped when her friend admitted possession and was given an £80 fine and a deportation order.
Paris took to her twitter to reassure her fans she was okay. She said, "Everything is completely fine. I haven't been charged or arrested cause I didn't do anything. I was assisting police with their investigation and answering their questions."

Paris Hilton is off to South Africa to watch the rest of the World Cup, and decided that she would pack light for the trip.
Of course not, it's Paris Hilton.
The heiress tweeted this picture of herself sitting atop her Louis Vuitton luggage mountain and said, "All Packed and Ready for The World Cup! So excited!"
We bet the luggage handlers had different feelings.

Lindsay Lohan was on good form yesterday in Cannes as she attended Chopard's 150th birthday party - where her arch rival Paris Hilton was also in attendance.
The actress showed off her long legs in a tiny white mini-dress with silver sequin embellished shoulders and silver platform sandals.
It's nice to see her looking healthy.
But there was no drama for a change - at the party Lindsay and Paris, who have been at loggerheads for five years - apparently kept to opposite sides of the room.
Naomi Campbell, Eva Herzigova, Marion Cotillard, Kate Beckinsale, Myleene Klass and Sir Phillip Green were also there.

"No more McDonalds, In-N-Out, done. "[I'm] getting my bikini body, so I'm about that."
But, wait, what's she doing this summer?
"I'm just going to be on a yacht. Summer must have? A yacht. I'm going to St. Tropez, Monaco. I'll be working as well, but a lot of relaxing."
She added, "I'm just enjoying being independent and having fun and spending time with my family and having the time of my life."
