Although Nicole Richie didn't name names in her interview with People magazine on her wedding, the new bride revealed that the... selective guest list only included people she loved.

Nicole said, "We only wanted to celebrate with the people who we love and who care about us."
Nicole also described how Joel Madden is the perfect husband - he let her organise everything! Good man.
She said: "Joel let me organise my dream wedding. Harlow didn't sprinkle the flowers, she just kept putting handfuls of them on the floor. Sparrow was the ring-bearer."

Yesterday Kim Kardashian released an 'exclusive' peek at her family's Christmas card, and my God, is it terrifying. Why would you send that as a card? Kylie looks like she's been killed and stuffed and they even got the baby to do his best America's Next Top Model face. Jeeze...

We were half joking when we said that Paris Hilton wasn't invited to Nicole Richie's wedding - we just assumed that since there being no pictorial evidence of her attendance (and if she had gone, there would be). But it seems we were right.
Apparently Nicole agonized for months over whether to invite her old frenemy, before deciding not to.
A source told Pop Eater, "Nicole is in a very different place in her life from when she was hanging out with Paris."
The explained, "She's the mother of two and now a wife while Paris seems to be in exactly the same spot she was in five years ago. Still partying in Vegas and getting into trouble with the law."

Prince William and Kate Middleton have released their official engagement photos and aren't they cute.
The shots were taken by photographer Mario Testino who said, "They are in their prime and brimming with happiness. I have never felt so much joy as when I see them together."

Paris Hilton has revealed that she has discovered the meaning of life.
Obviously she hasn't really. She is Paris Hilton.
She said, "I think having kids is the meaning of life and I really believe that."
"I definitely want to have a couple of kids when I do because being an only child is hard and I always loved growing up with a big family."
Paris also added that she'd been spending time with her new boyfriends daughter.
She said, "Shae is such a sweet, beautiful little girl. She is so smart. Shae is Cy's daughter, and she is amazing and I love her so much."
Oh dear lord, somebody help her.

Paris Hilton has taken a break from her busy schedule of shopping and partying and being arrested to do some good in the world.
The heiress and her boyfriend Cy Waits took pumpkins and decorating tools to The Rescue Mission Shelter yesterday for Hallowe'en.
Paris tweeted, "Just got home. Cy and I went to the pumpkin patch to buy a bunch of pumpkins. Also some tools to carve and paint them and lots of candy and toys."
"[The children] were all so excited and grateful. It's such an amazing feeling to make a child smile and be happy. :) (sic)"

Paris is apparently attempting to change the public's opinion of her as a no-talent, free-loading, drug-taking vapid party girl.

Paris's rep said, "This isn't The Simple Life, where she played a campy version of herself."
"This show will give viewers a glimpse of the real Paris and her life, which is sometimes quite amazing."

Paris Hilton tried to go to Japan following her court hearing a few days ago... but was refused entry to the country once she had landed there.
Gutted.
Japan is said to be strict about letting people with recent drug convictions into the country.
Paris's rep said, "Paris Hilton was delayed by immigration authorities at a Japanese airport this evening after arriving for business obligations planned many months earlier. Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn't want to let down her brands and many Asian fans."
