Don't worry she's not running for president. Paris Hilton has decided to fight a law banning people in the state of California from keeping ferrets as pets.
We had been wondering where her ferrets, Dolce and Gabbana, had disappeared to.
The ban has been in place for 80 years apparently, as was designed to prevent escaped ferrets setting up feral populations and threatening local wildlife.
That must have been quite a problem in the 1930s.
Lover of animals Paris, however, is planning to contest the law, because she says, "If they are looked after properly they really are the sweetest, most lovable creatures."
In essence guys, this is basically going to be the plot of Legally Blonde 2. You can so tell Paris has an Elle Woods complex.
And just so we'd know what to expect if she ever did run for president, here is the music video for Paris For President. No words.
Now Paris Hilton has turned 30 (for more about that check this out), she's started thinking about having kids.
Does that scare you as much as it scares me?
This woman can't even maintain her interest in a dog for more then two weeks. When was the last time we saw that one (left)? Exactly.
But anyway, the heiress said, "I feel broody sometimes. I'd love kids in the future. Cy's the best boyfriend I've ever had. I'm so happy with him."
Paris' mum Kathy has also weighed in: "Anyone that loves animals and is kind like that ... she'll be an incredible mum. I was at Macy's with her recently and there were 1,000 people there and the little children came up and she lights up. I could see babies and a wedding."
Paris Hilton has given her two cents on the plight of Lindsay Lohan, since they used to be friends (probably just til Lindsay actually needed a friend) and revealed that she's hoping the actress gets back on her feet.
Paris told Closer, "Lindsay is a good person so I want her to turn it around."
She added: "We haven't been in touch recently because our lives have taken a different direction but I only wish her the best."
'Different direction'?
Er, not really, you both have a collection of mugshots and neither of you actually has a proper job.
Paris Hilton celebrated her 30th birthday last week at an appropriately massive party and had an appropriately lavish birthday cake, costing $3,212.
Unfortunately she didn't get to pretend to eat the tastefully decorated, three-tiered, red and green masterpiece, because it was hilariously CRUELLY stolen from her party by a man named Paz.
It wasn't just a publicity stunt for this guys music career though - he took the cake to a shelter where it "was carved into 125 delicious slices, and served to the homeless of downtown Los Angeles on white paper plates".
Now why didn't Paris think of that?
Also money really can't buy you taste.
Read about Paz's hilarious mission stealing the cake on Facebook here.
Why does she think it necessary to release another album? And in just a few months?
That's not long enough. I need time to prepare myself.
The heiress is apparently keeping the details a secret though: she said she wants to keep the collaborators and producers "a surprise."
Oh God.
Paris released her first album through Warner Brothers, but won't reveal which label she's using this time, also saying she wants it to be "a surprise".
So you might have seen pictures of Paris Hilton walking the catwalk at Fashion Week in Brazil and noticed that she looked a bit... sturdier then usual.
Apparently it's not because she's developed a taste for cheeseburgers, but because she's taken up a bodybuilder's exercise regime of weightlifting, bench presses and running while sticking to a 3,500 calorie per day diet (about 3,200 more then she's used to probably).
A 'friend' of hers told Grazia, "At first she was unsure and it took some getting used to, but now Paris loves her new body. And Cy loves it too - he's always talking about how hot and gorgeous she is."
So basically she's given everything a try (popstar, model, amateur zoo keeper) failed, and this is her next desperate project. God she must be bored.
Ah, the celebrity photo scandal. Even though countless of their famous peers before them have seen the naked photo they sent someone become their downfall, it still doesn't stop them from taking pictures of parts of their body they'd rather not have us see and then being embarrassed and shocked as they watch them sweep the internet.
Lady Gaga fell foul of it just this week (although we doubt she minds). You'd think they'd learn from everyone else's mistakes but no. Everyone from Disney princesses Vanessa Hudgens and Miley Cyrus to wannabe Peaches Geldof have seen their sexy snaps almost destroy their credibility and career (well except for Peaches, she didn't have any in the first place).
So we've put together a list of the celebrities, in no particular order, who've had the most memorable photo scandals in recent years. Read on to find out who they are!
Anyone who is a regular reader will know that Paris Hilton is not my favourite person, unless you count favourite people to make fun of, in which case I love her.
However, whatever I think of her, she does have quite nice clothes sometimes. Like here having a little walk around LA, wearing a tiny pink wrap skirt with a simple white vest and black accessories.
Good job, stylist.
So if you want to get her look, we've found some items to help!
Much as I like to make fun of Paris Hilton and her life (for examples click here), I am quite intrigued by the news of her newest reality show - sorry I mean docuseries...
The 'docuseries' will be called The World According to Paris and will follow her from 7am till she goes to bed, providing 'a revealing look at her life, loves, family and friends'.
Snort.
Apparently in the first episode Paris and friends go skydiving, just one of the 'many crazy things' on the show. Because she is 'fearless' and 'lives life to the fullest'.
Paris says, "On The Simple Life, I was playing a character I kind of invented. I didn't realize the show would last five seasons, so I had to keep doing it. I think people assume that's really how I am in real life. But when I'm with my friends and my family is when I feel most comfortable and myself. In the show, it really shows the real Paris."
