Nicole Richie was one of the stars spotted at ex-fiancee DJ AM's funeral earlier this week, which took place at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary in Los Angeles.
Nicole was there alongside musicians Travis Barker and Joel and Benji Madden. The celebrity DJ, real name Adam Goldstein, was found dead in his New York apartment last Friday.

It looks like Nicole Richie's friends and family are in for lots of pressies in their stockings if the amount of wrapping paper she's been spotted buying is anything to go by!
Looking carefree and (enviably) relaxed in her skinny jeans, aviators, fedora and must-have Alexander McQueen over-sized scarf, Nic looks the picture of health while flashing her pearly whites - maybe she's feeling a bit smug for having all of her Christmas shopping done.
One thing's for sure, in skyscraper heels like those babies she's not out for a long day of last minute bargain shopping.

What's a silent auction I (don't) hear you ask? Well... uh, who cares when your choice of dress is so un-silent. Nicole Richie (along with Good Charlotte beau, Joel Madden) attended the 30th Anniversary Carousel Of Hope Ball benefiting The Barbara Davis Center For Childhood Diabetes in Beverly Hills on Saturday night.
Yes, it's a charity event, but, as Fashion Wire Daily sagely points out: "any woman who has ever attended the spectacular biennial event knows, the night is truly all about the clothes."
And new mummy Nicole didn't disappoint on that score. She wore a dress that truly dazzled. Such opulence hasn't been seen since Harrison Ford entered the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Oh, and she had a matching handbag. And eyes. Now that's what I call accessorising.
Incidentally, at the ball - which was for charity don't forget - Nick Jonas sang 'A Little Bit Longer' (that's a song title not him overrunning): a song addressing his own struggle with diabetes. And Denzel Washington was honoured with the 'Brass Ring' award (don't ask, I don't know).

Here was teeny tiny Nicole Richie - looking casual in flip-flops and teeny tiny denim shorts - as she left the Krislyn boutique in Los Angeles yesterday.
It's hard to believe that she's borne a child, isn't it? I mean, not because she's slim-framed. But because she looks about 12. Aww.
