The singer wore a Marchesa Spring 2011 chiffon strapless mini dress, which was printed with a floral illustration and had a big bow detail on the back which flowed into a train.
Also her hair is all sleek and shiny!
Huge improvement on normal, well done.

While roving around backstage Hannah saw host Eva Longoria picking out her wedgie between live takes, and was informed by an MTV spokesperson that she was only in Madrid for the afternoon of the EMA's and was such a pro she didn't even need any rehearsal time!
Hannah also saw Katy Perry (who refused all fan photos except with a very glamorous transvestite - Hannah's pal Daniella!) and Rihanna skipping the after party to go for an Italian with their respective other halves.

Miley wore a white D&G haltered tiered dress from the Fall 2010 collection which has black accents at the waist and neck.
It's nice to see her not wearing leather for once.

Well if the tradition of children acting out when their parents divorce is guaranteed, we're going to be seeing a lot more out of Miley Cyrus - because her parents Tish and Billy Ray have announced that they are divorcing.
The former couple released a statement saying, "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family. We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers."
They've been together for 17 years and have 5 children.
We can't wait to see Miley's next video - and people thought the last one was bad!

We showed you Miley Cyrus's new video for single 'Who Owns My Heart' last week, drawing attention to its somewhat, er, grown up content, and apparently we're not the only ones who noticed - the Parents Television Council have blasted it for being too sexualized.
The president of the standards group, Tom Winter, said, "It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one."
He added, "It sends messages to her fan base that are diametrically opposed to everything she has done up to this point. Miley built her fame and fortune entirely on the backs of young girls, and it saddens us that she seems so eager to distance herself from that fan base so rapidly."

A family insider said, "At first Miley's mom, Tish, got upset when people would tell her her daughter was being wild, but now she's realizing it herself."
They explained, "We're concerned for her. She's 17-years-old, but is the one who makes the money and calls all the shots in the family. No one tells Miley no. And even if they did, she's so charismatic that she'd convince them to change their minds."
The insider added, "She's a sweet girl at heart, but she's starting to push the envelope. Between the fast-paced lifestyle and her new 'image,' everyone is saying that it's just a matter of time before she ends up in trouble. We don't want her to be the next Lindsay Lohan, but the odds are against her."

Miley Cyrus's sister Brandi Cyrus has been dishing about how good her sister and her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth are together.
Brandi told OK magazine, "We hang out a lot. Liam is honestly one of the most down to earth guys that I have ever met and he is so easy to get along with and he is a great guy and he makes Miley happy so that's good."
She added, "He is so laid back and chill. Miley is so hyper and so outgoing, he's so good for her, and he balances her out really well."
