Last night Lindsay Lohan took to twitter to declare her innocence, saying she was "not raised to lie, cheat, or steal".
She tweeted, "Was on the phone with my sister&this movie Greenberg is on, i heard my voice which was odd - and ryhs ifans is watching Just My Luck in the movie - made me laugh.. I just want to be on set again, and left alone to just work!"
She then added, "FYI - i would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal... also, what I wear to court shouldnt be front page news. It's just absurd. God bless xox"
No it shouldn't be front page news - but it is, especially now it's sold out! The $575 "Glavis" dress from Kimberly Ovitz's pre-Fall collection that Lindsay wore to court on Wednesday is sold out at every online boutique that carries it.

Well, although she's pleaded not guilty, Lindsay Lohan has been formally charged with felony grand theft.
The actress attended her arraignment yesterday in LA for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace, all dressed in white (we get the symbolism) and was told by the judge: "You're in a different situation now that a felony has been filed against you. If you violate the law, I will remand you and set no bail and your attorney won't be successful this time."
He added, "You need to follow the laws just like everybody else... You're no different than anyone else, so please don't push your luck."
He then asked her if she understood him, to which she replied: "Yes, sir."
Oh, Lindsay. On the plus side she didn't write anything on her nails this time.

Oh Lindsay Lohan. No matter how many times you try (or don't try, who knows) you can never seem to get set on the right track.
More or less fresh out of rehab, it's been revealed that the actress is going to be charged with felony grand theft for allegedly steeling a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store.
Oh dear.
Lindsay will be arraigned at 1:30 PM today, and must be present for the hearing - if she's found guilty she could go to actual prison.
Please girl, don't write 'F U' on your nails again. It is unbecoming and counter productive.

Sorry it's not more fun, but it seems like celebrities really are just like us: just trying to stick to their new year's resolution to be fitter.

Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after a three month stay at the Betty Ford Center .
And one of the first things she did was make a return to twitter: she wrote on the 1st of January: "Today is the first day of the rest of my life "The future depends on what we do in the present." - Mahatma Gandhi... One step at a time...."
Lindsay will be staying at in a $7,100 a month Venice Beach house in Los Angeles.
And ever ready to talk to the press, her dad Michael Lohan was happy to dish on the situation.
He said, "She's turned this whole situation around to use this to her advantage and to she has taken the right steps and put the right people back in her life that she had at the best part of her life to really use it as a springboard."

According to her mum Dina, Lindsay Lohan was apparently invited on Dancing With The Stars - but told them to take Dina instead!
Yeah right.
Dina said, "We'll watch it, but it is not going to happen.
Then she added, "Lindsay actually told the woman at Dancing With The Stars who made the offer that 'you need to take my mom!'"
Oh my gosh, how transparent.
She went on, "Our family loves the show because I'm a dancer, and I taught dance when Lindsay was growing up. I dragged her from one dance studio to another, and she sat in front of the mirrors and watched, while I taught."

We told you last week that Lindsay Lohan's mum Dina was alledgedly suing Glee for jokes they made about her daughter's trips to rehab - and now the cast have defended the show.
Darren Criss, who plays Blaine in the show, said, "When Michael Jackson was alive he was the go-to, make-fun-of joke. [Now,] Lindsay's that person. I love her, but that's just the way the media works ... I got no beef with Lindsay."
But Matthew Morrison clearly didn't care in the slightest; he said:
"I was not aware that Dina Lohan was upset that we made a little fun of Lindsay in the Spanish skit. Hey, it's comedy. And I'll make sure we'll make fun of Lindsay and Dina every chance we get!"

Dina Lohan is apprently getting ready to sue the hit tv show Glee after they made some mocking references to her daughter Lindsay Lohan's trips to rehab.
In the show, guest star Gwyneth Paltrow played a Spanish teacher who asked the class in Spanish, "Lindsay Lohan is totally crazy, right?"
She then asked: "How many times has Lindsay Lohan been to rehab? Please get into groups and discuss how many times Lindsay Lohan has been in rehab," when she needs to speak to a student in private.
Dina has reportedly said "our lawyers are sending a letter" to 'Glee' on the grounds the show allegedly defamed the actress.
Please. We are journalists, we know. That isn't defamatory. That is fact.

Lindsay Lohan is apparently set to go back into rehab - of her own free will.
After eventful weekend where she spent 15 hours in prison for failing her drugs tests, the actress is reportedly going back into rehab: TMZ is reporting that Lindsay will enter a live-in facility outside of Los Angeles within days.
Sources told the website that she "knows her next trip to rehab won't be a walk in the park ... she'll be in for some "intense" treatment."

That isn't going to work if she ends up back in jail.
The actress has been asked to appear in a feature-length film about her daily life as a Hollywood star.
A source said, "The idea is to blow the lid off the kind of LA lifestyle girls like Lindsay are or have been leading."
They added, "Lindsay loves the idea and wants to get across how she's faced her experiences."
