Is Lily Allen's love affair with pop over? The Daily Mail reports that the British singer has hinted at retirement - at the grand age of 24. Later she was seen relaxing and laughing with boyfriend Sam at the Australian Open.
Lily has made no secret of her desire to set up home with Sam and raise a family. But so soon?
What do you think, should Lily hang in there a bit longer or will you be glad to see the back of her?

Who needs rock n roll? Loved up Lily Allen is feeling broody again and wants nothing more than to set up home with boyfriend Sam and nest.
Following a non-stop year promoting her number one album, It's Not Me, It's You, the 24 year-old singer wants to kick back, relax and finalise the purchase of her Cotswold pad. 'I just want to have babies and live in the countryside, that's my goal really,' she told The People.
She admitted she has no plans to record a follow up to her album and is keeping her options open. How handy that she traded in her slew of celebrity boyfriends for a builder. We always knew she was a smart girl.

Lily Allen has opened up about her miscarriage, describing it as 'the worst time of my life.'
Speaking to Grazia magazine, the singer said: "I couldn't even compute the emotions going through my head, but I was having to put out a press release about my miscarriage.
"I had this public sympathy for about five days and then everyone was on my case again and I didn't know what was happening to me."
She also explained why she decided to reject her ladette image: "When I started out, I'd drink four cans of cider on stage because I needed the confidence not to be judged. But getting off my head got me into trouble - I didn't understand why I couldn't be like Liam Gallagher just because I was a girl.
"Now I'm happy being more of a lady. I get it. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em - and make the most of it."

Lily Allen and Elton John have clearly decided to bury the hatchet after she got a bit squiffy and told Sir Elton to f**k off at the GQ Men of the Year Awards last year.
She managed to bag herself an invite to his annual Winter Ball in honour of the Elton John AIDS Foundation and was even asked to design her own cocktail bar for the event (stick to what you know, etc, etc).
That said, Lily's been very well behaved recently, having had to have a quiet word with both Kate Moss and Katie Price when they've had one too many sherries in recent months. Has the ultimate party girl grown up?

Lily Allen's already threatening to quit London - is she planning on quitting London as well?
According to Female First, the singer has put her North London flat up for sale, and is looking at buying a five-bedroom house in the Cotswolds with boyfriend Sam Cooper. A source said: "Lily's had enough of London life. She may only be 24, but she's done far more than most other girls her age in just a short space of time."
A few months ago, Lily admitted that she eventually wanted to become a suburban mym: "I have every intention of becoming a suburban mum. I want to get married and have children. Singing is a great job, but it doesn't leave time for what's important. Like having a family. I'd like to live in the country and have a walled garden, and chickens and pigs."
What do you think - will London be the same without Lily falling out of the Ivy of a Wedneday night?

Lily Allen has announced that she's quitting music. Again. Despite several attempts at leaving the music industry behind her, all of which have been subsequently denied by her publicist, Lily announced on Radio One that a gig in March 2010 will be her last one for the foreseeable future.
Lily has revealed that like...well every other celeb out there, she'll be using the time to make her mark on the fashion industry, setting up a fashion boutique that will also allow people to hire outfits.
The joint venture with her sister will be called Lucy in Disguise. 'It's about making fashion democratic. That's the idea behind it,; explained Lily.
'It's about getting really nice clothes but letting people rent them for affordable prices so they can go out and feel like a million dollars and it won't cost them a million dollars.'
Sounds good to us - as long as some of her more outlandish stage outfits aren't prototypes...

Lily Allen shows us how to do the ultimate low-maintenance winter outfit, as she hit the BBC studios in London yesterday.
Take a tip from Ms Allen and invest in a well-cut, retro style winter coat at the beginning of the season and you'll avoid a multitude of style sins. If you're not sure that your dress is really cutting it, just cover up with a retro-style coat, opaque tights and heels. You'll instantly look stylish and chic, plus you'll be super warm.
Lily's teamed hers with a big bag and oversized shades for ultimate Jackie O style, but again, these both serve a practical purpose - the bag's big enough to carry your flats if your uber heels start to hurt, and the shades hide all evidence of your crimbo hangover. Bonus!

We couldn't help but think there was something familiar about Lily Allen's latest stage outfit as she continued her UK tour in Glasgow. Then we realised that she'd come out dressed as a humbug.
Actually, to be fair, this is one of the least bonkers outfits The Fear singer's wheeled out for the tour, and we do like the addition of the thigh-high boots worn with her stripey frock.
Lily certainly seems to be enjoying herself, and we wonder if this is down to our favourite accessory of all - the big plastic cup and straw that's been especially attached to her microphone. It could just be full of water, but more likely it's the contents of the hospitality bar...

Lily Allen had something of the GaGa's about her as she hit Sheffield as part of her UK tour this week.
Wearing a blue fright wig, a sequined leotard and...not much else, she managed to avoid flashing anything too controversial. However, despite the fear (geddit?) that the show would be all about the clothes, Miss Allen actually received pretty good reviews for her performance.
That said, she then went on to fall over on stage during last night's show in Manchester...maybe we spoke to soon.
