In the second television show related lawsuit of the day, Lauren Conrad has spoken out against Heidi Montag's allegations that she was sexually harassed by the creator of The Hills, Adam DiVello.
Claims had been made that DiVello allegedly touched Heidi, 23, inappropriately on her bum and 'lower back', and that he had tried the same thing with Lauren too.
Apparently Heidi is "very close to bringing legal action against the show."
But Lauren has released a statement refuting the allegations.
She said, "Similar to most of my fellow MTV cast mates, I am in utter shock at the allegations made against Adam DiVello. Not only are they completely absurd, but they are 100 percent without merit. Adam is a true professional and a wonderful person to work for."
Looks like its Lauren V Heidi again! Just like the old days.

After six seasons of fashion, fall outs and bars, The Hills is finally coming to and end - this season will be it's last.
Its creator Adam DiVello tells EW."I think we've told the story of struggle and of finding yourself in L.A. A lot of these kids have found themselves and have certainly embarked on different careers and different paths."
Understatement much! Hello, Heidi Montag is a totally serious actress now.
The last season is said to focus mostly on Heidi's plastic surgery, with it following her go home to show her mum - it's said the scenes are "really touching but heartbreaking to watch".
As for Spencer, well we told you he had been fired from the show, but DiVello says he's 'dealing with stuff' but viewers will see him. Yay.
But let's get to the most exciting matter - Lauren Conrad could be returning for the finale! "I always joked it would be nice to see Lauren get married." says DiVello.

Lauren Conrad has a new line coming out at American store Kohl's and as such has been sharing her opinions on this season's upcoming trends to Glamour magazine.
On Underwear-as-outerwear:
I love that trend. It's about finding the lingerie inspired pieces, rather than wearing actually lingerie.
On Double denim:
I can't do denim on denim. There are usually one or two trends a season I just don't get and this one of them. It's a hard look to class up.
On Knee socks:
I love them in an editorial look. When I think knee socks I always go to that Sex and the City scene where Carrie wore them with a heel, which looked amazing but I've tried to do it and I can't.

Well okay, it wasn't that dramatic.
Ex-The Hills star Lauren Conrad hosted a book signing for her new book; 'Sweet Little Lies: An L.A. Candy Novel' in California yesterday.
After the event, the style icon tweeted;
"Here's a first... A pregnant woman in line at my book signing started having contractions... And stayed in line!!"
That is some dedication.

Teaming it with brave bare legs, classic black stilettos and red lipstick she looked the epitome of the classic uptown girl.
Ex-Hills star Lauren was on the show to promote her second book, Sweet Little Lies but got asked the inevitable question about Heidi Montag's face surgery. Her diplomatic reply? 'It's a look.' Quite.

Just because you're some big-shot reality TV star doesn't mean you get the star treatment when you're in Hollywood. Lauren Conrad discovered this to her cost when she decided to take a quick trip to the beach.
The Hills star headed off for a bit of sun on Malibu Beach in California, but in a State where celebs are ten a penny, she attracted no more than a few curious stares from fellow beach goers. The downside of this was that she had to grapple with her own parasol and towel.
The shame of it - can you imagine Heidi Montag putting up with that sort of treatment?
