Lady Gaga's former manager has been talking about the 6 months he worked with her, describing her as 'shy and prodigy-like'.
Bob Leone, who met Gaga at an open mike night 10 years ago, said, "She was painfully shy - very different from who she is now. She came to the open mics with her mother twice before she built up the courage to go on stage."
He described his first impressions of her, saying, "She was prodigy-like. She was clearly a very good songwriter and keyboard player."
Leone also revealed that he was in the period of her life where she transformed into her alter ego. He explained, "Going into it, she was Stefani, and she was still writing pop music. By the end of that six-month period, she was officially Lady GaGa."

Lady Gaga has been included in a list of the most powerful women in the world compiled by Forbes Magazine, all the more special because at 24-years old she is the youngest woman on the 100 strong list.
Listed as a "Singer/Performance Artist", Gaga was given the 7th spot ahead of her Telephone collaborater Beyonce (in 9th place) and Ellen Degeneres.
In the top spot was of course, wife of the leader of the free world, First Lady of the United States, Michele Obama.
Also featuring in the list was Oprah Winfrey who held the 3rd place in the list and Hillary Clinton, the U.S. Secretary of State.

Lady Gaga has apparently been overheard making plans with her boyfriend (/finance if you believe everything you read) Luc Carl about how many children they want!
Gaga was reportedly overheard in New York telling Luc, "I want lots of babies."
But Luc isn't as keen, apprently. According to the nosy eavesdropper source he replied, "No, I don't want any more than two."
That's her told!

Lady Gaga will be marrying her boyfriend Luc Carl in Britain!
The singer is reportedly planning to hold the ceremony in a castle in the north of England or Scotland, with Dita Von Teese jumping out of an enormous wedding cake.
A source said, "Lady GaGa has told everyone she plans to get married. She has said she wants a fairytale wedding in a castle. We finish the European leg in London just before Christmas and the timing is perfect for the wedding."
Lady Gaga has previously said of Luc: "I've never really loved anyone like I loved him. Or like I love him. That relationship really shaped me."

Lady Gaga is rumoured to be after a duet with pop icon Cher!
Not only that, but the two, who met only a few weeks ago at the MTV VMA awards when Cher presented Gaga with an award, are now like mother and daughter.
Author Mark Bego (who has written two books about Cher) said, "They are now like mother and daughter."
He explained, "They both take their outlandish fashion sense dead seriously, both have a sense of humor about themselves, and they are both staunch gay rights activists."
He added, "They've talked about performing in concert together - and perhaps even recording a duet."
We might have believed the duet rumour if he hadn't ruined it with the mother-daughter nonsense.

Lady Gaga reportedly wants to buy a castle. Of course she does.
A source said, "No expense will be spared in her quest to make this dream come true."
"It's her childhood dream and she's particularly interested in castles in the north of England or Scotland."
Apparently she's thought deeply about this - at least, Real estate agent Matthew Sinclair thinks so.
He said, "The average time a property is on the market is eight months. That tells us much of the property is overpriced. The country house market seems completely static. Some prices being asked are what they would have sold for at the peak of the market.
"With that amount of property on the market, the chances are there. Many are on at the wrong price, but they could be forced to change."
Weird.

The New Statesman has released its 2010 list of the 50 People Who Matter and appearing on the list is Angelina Jolie, Stephenie Meyer and Lady Gaga.
At number 22, Angelina Jolie was the highest entering celebrity in the list, beating people like Hillary Clinton (23) and Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg (24).
Twilight author (or the person who brought us Robert Pattinson-mania) Stephenie Meyer entered the list at 28.
Oprah Winfrey also featured on the list at number 38, with Lady GaGa right near the end at 44.

Lady Gaga has signed a multi-million dollar partnership deal with Giorgio Armani.
Normally when celebrities want to wear Armani they choose from the runway - obviously that would be too normal for Gaga though. Armani's niece, Roberta, said: "It wouldn't be possible to give Gaga a look from the collection because she wears pieces of art. It's theatrical."
It makes sense really - despite having her own Haus of Gaga, Armani has designed her Monster Ball tour costumes, as well as her Grammy outfits and the outfits in her Alejandro video
Armani will be designing the costumes for Lady Gaga's next tour in December - we can't wait to see them.

Lady Gaga has been named the worst dressed celebrity in a poll conducted by Wenn.com - and that's what she gets for dressing in meat.
While we're sure Gaga thinks of her fashion choices as 'avant garde' and 'non-mainstream', mostly every other person in the world sees them as 'ugly' and 'unnecessary'.
Including the participants of this poll!
The singer earned 55 per cent of all votes, leaving Lindsay Lohan at second place, with 17 per cent of votes, ahead of Katy Perry with 14 per cent and Rihanna in a close fourth with 12 per cent.

Funnily enough, when Lady Gaga first debuted her Meat Dress, we were to concerned about how gross it was to wonder what was going to happen to it when it started to er, rot.
It won't get that far though - apparently the dress is going to be made into jerky!
The designer of the dress, Franc Fernandez, revealed, "The dress will go through a process where it becomes a sort of 'jerky' and will be archived. Thank you."
Wow.
