Well it looks like the egg thing at the Grammy's wasn't just a passing fancy for Lady Gaga - she really likes eggs. So much she's going to start sleeping in one.
The singer is currently paying for a £1.2 million renovation of her New York home and will be installing an egg instead of a bed.
A 'source' said, "This house project is GaGa's new baby."
They explained, "The egg vessel is being made especially for her. [Obviously, who is going to have a giant padded egg they can buy?] She'll be able to sleep in it, in place of a double bed."
The source added, "She felt so at home in the egg on stage - she spent hours in it meditating and says when she's in it she feels at peace."
If you've seen Lady Gaga's music video for Born This Way, you'll notice that at the end she rides away on a unicorn, and now the singer has revealed that she is actually obsesed with them.
Except she's managed to turn them into a metaphor for the downtrodden. Just like she does with everything (egg, meat dress, etc).
She said, "I'm actually quite obsessed with unicorns. They are in essence a mythical creature. The unicorn is born magical and it's not the unicorn's fault and it doesn't make it any more or less special or any less unique but it can't help that it was born with that magic."
What!? Firstly, they definitely are a mythical creature, and secondly the fact that they are magical does make them special, and thirdly no one discriminates against unicorns, and fourthly, I cannot believe I am trying to reason this out.
Gaga told Greg James on Radio 1, "It's the story about the birth of a new race. A race that bears no prejudice and a race that's primary sort of ambition in life is to inspire unity and togetherness."
She continued: "The song is very meaningful to me, so I wanted to make something that would really show what was going on in my head when I wrote 'Born This Way'."
If you've watched it, you'll know there's a sci-fi-esque story at the front. It's weird. Who could have come up with such a thing? Oh wait, we bet we know.
She said, "I wrote the script for the video and the concept, and between himself and Laurieann Gibson, my choreographer, we really brought the story to life."
If you haven't seen it yet, watch it here, and tell us what you think.
Lady Gaga's Born This Way video is out! Yes, it's mental. There's some kind of alien backstory at the start, where she seems to give birth to herself or something, and then she dances around with a painted skeleton face. The birthing scenes are horrible and there is some very suggestive dancing. If Rihanna's video gets banned because she eats a banana, and this doesn't, someone should be asking questions, because they are really just as bad as each other.
Also, Gaga loves to dance in her underwear doesn't she?
MAC have released a video to promote Lady Gaga's new Viva Glam range, and, er, well we don't really know what it means, or what it's about.
It mainly consists of Gaga sitting between some curtains in a breeze, and then there might be a bird, and then her face is all silver, and then she's putting on her MAC lipstick in a rapturous fashion, and all the while jingly, trippy music plays and waves crash in the background.
And this means you should buy her lipstick... we guess?
Lady Gaga has 'revealed' that she lives a 'pretty normal' life.
Yes, next time I see her I must ask her where she keeps her giant egg and meat dress because mine is really cluttering up the hallway.
She said on the Kyle & Jackie O Show, "I actually made a choice to keep my life pretty normal."
Gaga explained, "I don't like Hollywood and I don't like the whole scene and I just said, 'I'm going to go home and figure out how to be the first popstar to live in the same neighbourhood for the rest of their life that I grew up in', and that's what I do."
She added, "I still live where I always lived. I still hang out and drink whisky at the same bars. I still go to the same hardware store."
Lady Gaga recently posed for a campaign for Supreme clothing, shot by Terry 'Naked Shoot' Richardson himself - and as customary with Terry shoots, she's not wearing much. In fact, sometimes nothing.
The singer poses in a t-shirt and massive, massive pink platforms, along with other outfits including a spiked cropped jacket, and sadly has been mutilating Hermes Birkins again. :(
But the funniest thing about this video is the child that inexplicably turns up during the shoot and holds Gaga's hand, looking completely shell shocked. It is hilarious.
So Lady Gaga has insisted that she spent 72 hours in the egg she arrived at the Grammy's in.
Yeah, whatever.
The singer told Ryan Seacrest, "It was a very creative experience, and it was time for me to prepare and really think about the meaning of [Born This Way] and get prepared for the performance."
*Snort*. When Ryan was - naturally - curious about how she managed 72 hours in the egg without leaving (i.e. bathroom breaks) she replied, "I am not going to explain the details. I am a lady."
Why would she need 72 hours in an egg to think about what her own song meant? She wrote it!
Well Lady Gaga's managed to top most of the crazy things she wears around and about, you know going to her sister's graduation, or at a bar or whatever - she appeared on Good Morning America yesterday to promote her new MAC Viva Glam campaign and dressed up as... well... an alien?
I'm not sure. But she's all pink and she's got more horns then ever before. Seriously, when the video got to 0.17 I could have screamed. You've been warned - check it out above.
Lady Gaga appeared on The Jay Leno show the day after the Grammy's, and seemed to be in 'Normal Human Mode' - despite still sporting her weird face horns - being funny and charming.
The singer brought her three Grammy's on the show with her, filled with M&Ms, and talked about the idea behind the egg (although she says it is technically a 'vessel' and she spent three days in it), said that Willow Smith inspired her to whip her hair on stage, talked about her Vogue cover and talked about what she doesn't like on dates!
For some reason we just can't imagine Gaga on a date.
