Katy Perry is apparently being courted by ITV who want to produce a reality tv show revolving around her daily life.
A source said, "ITV have been trying to sign Katy for ages. They think that she's brilliant for the channel, a real bullseye."
Katy is reportedly keen to do more tv, following her stint as a judge on the X-Factor.
"Katy loved every minute of it and is very interested in expanding her TV experience," the insider said.
They added, "She loves meeting new people and because [fiance] Russell [Brand] is from England she wants to make an especially good impression."

Katy Perry has debunked the amazing rumour that she and Russell Brand were going to get married in latex.

She said, "I'm definitely not going to get married in latex. When I wear latex onstage, I sweat. I could wring out those dresses - and I don't want to do that at my wedding."
What a shame.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand were photographed together leaving a restaurant in New York, but that's not the story here (although it is the first time they've been seen out together in ages, thanks to Katy's promo tour for Teenage Dream).
No, it's Katy's dress we're intrested in! Katy was wearing a pink silk and tulle party dress from Zuhair Murad's Fall 2010 Couture 'Romantic Intimacy' collection.
We were on the fence for a while, but have landed firmly on the side of loving it.
We're especially liking the crystal detailed neckline and the big bow at the waist.

Katy Perry has said that although her and Russell Brand are getting ready to marry in a couple of months, she's not quite ready for kids yet.
She said, "I see myself as a professional right now and hopefully when I decide it's time for children, I'll be able to devote myself to that."
We're surprised she still finds things to say about him now, but Katy also explained why she and Russell are so good together.
She said, "His eye for detail was so impeccable, he made me realise he was listening and understanding me completely and wanted to jump into my world.
"I have always been open to someone who would really challenge me emotionally, spiritually and mentally and he really covers those bases.
"And we both have a sense of humour - we play practical jokes on each other. We make each other laugh and that's what keeps us connected in one way."

Katy Perry has compared her relationship with Russell Brand to that of Elvis and Priscilla Presley.
We hope that doesn't mean they're going to end up getting divorced in a few years.
She said, "You know when you know, and I just knew. He stopped my world. I'm wildly attracted to him. I do feel a little bit like Elvis Presley's wife Priscilla. It's been so lovely.
Katy added, "He's someone I can count on, a life partner. Our relationship is a complete ongoing episode of I Love Lucy."
It's unlikely they are having marriage counselling then. Just like we suspected.

According to 'sources' Katy Perry and Russell Brand have started having marriage counselling conference calls...
The source said, "It's been really bad timing for the couple. With only a few weeks to go until the big day, they've been spending more time apart than ever before.
"Russell's doing 14-hour days on set, and Katy's been in Europe and Australia working all sorts of hours."
They continued, "Combine this with all the time differences and, as you can imagine, it's been tough. Counselling was Katy's idea. They both clear an hour in their schedules every day to have a conference call with a therapist, talking things over and making their bond as tight as possible."

Katy Perry has declared her love for Simon Cowell, because she's a fan of his sarcasm.
The singer said, "I love Simon. I've met him before on chatshows and he's confident and very sarcastic, which is my cup of tea.
Katy also talked about her time as a judge on x-factor,"I'm not a sugar-coated judge. If it's obviously not going to work out for them, they need to aspire to something else."

Katy Perry has joked that her fiancé Russell Brand only settled down with her because he was getting too old to carry on his womanizing.
The singer told Glamour magazine, "I think he was ready for change. You just don't have the stamina to be in bed with 80 different women a week when you're 35."
Katy and Russell are due to get married in October, and it looks like it'll be a reletively sober event - since Katy has cut down on drinking to support Russell
She said, "I won't be able to get smashed all the time, but I don't want to. I need time for myself and him."

Katy Perry has revealed to Glamour magazine that Russell Brand has been a good influence on her.
If you look out of your window right now, you may just see a pig fly past.
The singer said, "I still love to go out with my friends and I still like Pinot Grigio. But I've learnt from some of my hangovers and I don't drink as much as I used to. My last big night out was probably the Coachella festival."
"I'm happy that Russell is sober because it's had a good influence on me. It steers me in a more positive direction."
Katy is also keen to point out that he didn't change for her - everyone knows you can't change a man (right girls?). She said, "It's not about taming. He changed for himself. Everyone knows no-one will change unless they want to change themselves. It was a cosmic collision."

Katy Perry has made her fans love her a little more by negotiating a deal with ice cream parlour chain Baskin Robins to give them free ice cream!
The singer, who if you hadn't noticed is going for a sweet theme with her new album, has teamed up with Baskin Robins in Australia for what they have dubbed 'Katy Perry Day'.
Basically anyone who mentions Katy's name in the store gets a free 'cotton candy' ice cream to celebrate the release of her album, Teenage Dream.
We wish we lived in Australia.
