Dressed down in a checked shirt and jeans, and of course a Hermes Jypsiere togo leather messenger bag, she hit the Hermes shop and came out with a rather exciting looking stocking filler for some lucky family member.
Actually, it's probably Suri's first Hermes scarf, which she'll no doubt use to wipe the mud off one of her dolls by boxing day...

Suri Cruise continues in her bid to be the most spoilt child in the history of world, with Tom Cruise getting her an entire zoo of her own for the afternoon.
According to marieclaire.co.uk, Katie Holmes took Suri to the Guillena Mundo Park Zoo just outside of Seville while dad was filming latest film Knight and Day in the city: 'So that they could enjoy complete privacy, the zoo was closed to the public, allowing in the Hollywood pair only. Not just that, Suri was then treated to a VIP tour, allowing her to get up close to the zoo's inhabitants.'
Carlos Llandrés, the zoo's director said that Suri: 'loved stroking a newborn tiger cub, twin baby jaguar cubs and a baby donkey, so small it looks like a ball of fluff.'
Spoilt or not, who else secretly wishes they got to hang out with newborn tiger cubs and donkeys from time to time?

Not sure how Tom Cruise managed to find the extra few inches between himself and Katie Holmes here, maybe he's started carting a Mussolini-style orange box around with him for public displays of affection.
Actually the pair were snapped in the director's box at a Champions League Match in Seville, so it's much more like that Tom carefully placed his wife on the step below him before this shot was taken.
Either way, the pair looked pretty happy about something - maybe they've just agreed the details of their new three-year marriage contract...

Here's a blast from the past - Katie Holmes out on the town dressed as Joey Potter.
Actually, we think she went along to the Dizzy Feet Foundation's Inaugural Celebration of Dance this weekend as herself, but you have to admit, the stone coloured biker jacket and messy ponytail are very Dawson's Creek.
Katie was also missing her ultimate accessory - daughter Suri. Suri looks so grown up in her finery that she instantly adds another ten years to Katie's apparent age. When forced to hit the red carpet on her own, she instantly regresses to an awkward teenage (albeit one with very nice shoes).

It turns out that Katie Holmes has been spending £15,000 a month on clothes for daughter Suri Cruise - which certainly explains why we rarely see the toddler wear the same clothes twice.
Sources say Katie has grand plans for her daughter, and wants her to be 'the most fashionable kid in Hollywood.' In a recent interview, Katie claimed that Suri's already developing a keen sense of style: 'She has an idea of what she wants to wear every day. And so do I, so we go with it!'
Usually we'd be a bit suspicious that Katie Holmes was more involved in the decision making process than she's letting on, but if this bright green backpack (complete with matching wellies) are anything to go by, the outfit choices are all Suri's!

Suri Cruise emerged exhausted from yet another night out on the razz. The World's Cutest Kid ™ had been on a day out with mum Katie Holmes which was rounded off with a spot of culture and a trip to the Lion King.
However, it's worth noting that even the most style conscious fashionsta ditches her heels sometimes, with Suri Cruise swapping her Manolo Blahniks (probably) for some green wellies and a matching back pack. All the better to shop in...

What the devil's going on with Katie Holmes here? It looks a bit like she sacked her stylist earlier in the day, hung out with daughter Suri all day and then realised ten minutes before she left the house that she had nothing to wear so pulled something out of the bottom of the wash basket.
To be fair, we've all done it, but not to a blooming red carpet event. She's also abandoned her usually demure style and opted for a sheer top in an all-advised attempt to be racy. Not sure what hemline's all about either...
Of course, it doesn't help matters that we've decided to use a pic where she's inexplicably standing like a rugby player either. Sorry Katie, our bad.

Suri Cruise has been signed up to go to Catholic school - so it looks like the battle for hearts and minds has been won by Katie Holmes.
Despite her father Tom Cruise's rather fervent (read: crazy) views on all things Scientology, catholic Katie's never really been down with the whole thing.
A source told the Daily Mail: "Katie has been listening to her parents who are devout Catholics. She is not convinced by Scientology and has told Tom that she wants Suri to be educated as a Catholic - as she was.
"They had been having huge problems agreeing on her school. To say they were having arguments it putting it mildly - but Tom came around to the idea in the end."
We wonder how Katie finally won the argument - by threatening to wear six inch heels on the red carpet for the next year?

Suri Cruise remains the most pampered - and cutest - child in celeb-land. Not only has she got a wardrobe worth millions, but she's constantly having attention lavished on her by her parents.
These latest snaps show Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes taking her to a park in Boston for a day. The pair chased her around for a bit and Tom then proceeded to swing her around and play by lake with her until it was home time...at which point she was wrapped in a big blanket and carried off by her dad.
It's tiring being that fabulous when you're just three years old...

Katie Holmes has claimed that she's keen to land a role in a vampire movie. Proof, if anymore was needed, that vampire's the new black.
Talking to Elle this month, Katie revealed that vampire flicks are her favourite kind: "It can be any genre. I even like vampire movies - they just have to be well done.
"I want to believe in the characters. The minute it starts to feel not real, I'm not interested."
Could a role in the next Twilight be beckoning for Miss Holmes? Oh my, what would the scientologists say?
