Jennifer Lopez and her bouncer husband Marc Anthony stepped out at the Dolce and Gabbana dinner party in Milan last night. Well, it was the end of Fashion Week, you know. So why not have a little party, eh?
As you can see, J dazzled to the Lo in an almost space-age-looking silver dress. And indeed, she took the whole fashionable metallic trend just a little too far - wearing so much bronzed eyeshadow that she looked a) rather fearsome and b) like she had enormous bushy eyebrows.
Mind you, her Paddington hard stare didn't help, either. Cheer up, Jen! You've just done a triathalon! And now you're at a glamorous Fashion Week party! Surely life isn't that bad?

Still, Kelly Osbourne may have revealed an unspoken celebrity truth when she said what she thought about the friendship between Victoria Beckham and Jennifer Lopez.
According to Metro, Kelly blasted the pair after their appearance here at New York Fashion Week.
"I know it's not my place to say...but I've never seen two people pretend to like each other more in my life," opines Ms Osbourne. "They were holding hands, but it looked like Victoria was holding a sh**ty bit of toilet paper! They were sat right next to each other, but you could've sat a whole other person in between them."
Hehe. I mean: erm, oh dear.

Yes, Jennifer Lopez and her hubby Marc Anthony - and presumably their twins Max and Emmy - have arrived in the South of France.
Here was J.Lo hitting the designer boutiques and suchlike in Saint Tropez yesterday - wearing a caramel-coloured dress that wasn't necessarily the most flattering thing in the world, but hey. The woman's just completed her first triathlon. So let's give her a break, shall we?

Yes, Jennifer Lopez completed a great feat of endurance yesterday - she's been married to Marc Anthony for a whole four years now! Oh, and she also took part in her first triathalon. Alongside Matthew McConaughey, no less. In Malibu. And she raised $127,000 as a result.
Here was Jen emerging from the ocean after the swimming part of the event - which also, of course, included cycling and running. But pictures of Jennifer Lopez cycling and running aren't half as interesting as pictures of her in a wetsuit. Bless. Do you think this style will catch on for Autumn/Winter 08?

Remember how Jennifer Lopez was supposed to be the celebrity judge on last night's season finale to Project Runway? Well, she mysteriously pulled out at the last moment.
"Jennifer Lopez was going to be our guest judge, [but she] cancelled yesterday due to a foot injury," Heidi Klum told the audience. Only, erm, Gunnar Petersen, Jennifer's trainer, late told OK! that Ms Lopez has "No injuries, all good."
What gives? And who cares? Erm, fashionistas. Right. Yup.

Here was Jennifer Lopez arriving for the Oscar de la Renta show at New York Fashion Week on Wednesday. In a black peep-toe shoes and a black strapless dress that looked very, well, Oscar de la Renta. How thoughtful!
She also looked refreshingly fresh-faced and subtly made-up, with her hair in a casual updo. Compare and contrast a certain British footballer's wife... *Coughs*...

Still, apparently, Jennifer Lopez - actress, model and clothes horse - is to be the celebrity judge on the season finale of wannabe fashion designer show Project Runway this coming Friday.
In doing so, Jen is following in the heels - literally - of her pal Victoria Beckham here, who judged last seasons' final.

Yes, Victoria Beckham has made the headlines again today in the only way she knows how. Changing her style.
She turned up to the Marc Jacobs catwalk show at New York Fashion Week yesterday sporting a new, dark brown pixie haircut. And a black strapless dress... but no one was looking at that, now, were they?
Was Posh trying to differentiate herself from Eva Longoria Parker, now that she's gone and got a bob too? Or just trying to secure front page coverage? Either way, it worked. Now all she's got to do is get her foundation to match the rest of her skin tone...

That's right - she's not as perfect as she looks, folks!
Well, actually she is. Because Jennifer Lopez has admitted that she was 'selfish' in the way that one does when one means that one hasn't actually been selfish at all. And it was also apparently the first time in her life that she's ever been selfish. *Coughs*.
In an interview for October's Elle magazine, Jennifer says that after finding out she was pregnant with twins, she did "the superwoman thing" (ie. finished her tour), and then told her husband Marc Anthony: "Now I need you to take care of me".
"[I told him] 'I love doing things for you; if I'm not cooking, then I'm picking out a shirt. But this is the first time in my life where I'm just going to be a little bit selfish,'" Jen reveals. "'I don't know if I'm going to have kids again, so I want it to be a beautiful experience. I don't want to have any drama. I want to just be smiling every day.'"
You tell him, love! And anyway, he's 40. I'm sure he can pick out his own shirts.

Yes, Jennifer Lopez has been expressing her admiration for close personal showbiz chum Victoria Beckham - as a woman as well as a clothes-horse.
"Victoria and I are really good friends," she tells OK! magazine. "And we both definitely share a passion for fashion. Her taste in clothing is fantastic. I really respect and admire her style. She's definitely a fashion icon."
That said, Jen does seem to have a non-Victoria take on fashion. "I love to mix different styles," she says. "I like to combine classic, modern, vintage, hippie. It all depends on how I feel or the mood I'm in."
Whereas Posh, as we all know, likes to combine modern and glamorous with... erm... modern and glamorous. Still, maybe she'll be in a different mood one day?
