Take a look back at the last 10 years in fashion; the icons, worst dressed and trends
Just as sure as Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will continue to self-publicise, there will always be a celebrity somewhere following a ridiculous diet consisting of milk, sawdust and a handful of coat buttons.
In the gallery below we take a look back at some of the most ridiculous ones we've seen over the past few years - who can forget Beyonce's post-Dreamgirls Master Cleanse, of which she famously said, "[I'd] Never [do it again]. There are healthier ways to lose weight - I wouldn't recommend it."
Check out the rest of the questionable diets followed by desperate celebs by clicking on the image below - and remember, don't try these at home.
Seriously, don't, you'd just be as stupid as they are.

Courteney Cox has been speaking about the support she's received from her friend (get it) Jennifer Aniston after her separation from husband David Arquette.
Courteney said, "We just have fun, we laugh, we're inseparable and it's great."
The 46-year-old added: "It's funny, a lot of really close friends are kind of going through this right now or like Jennifer [who] has gone through it. I don't know what's going on in the planets or what, but things are being shaken up and I don't know what's going to happen, but, yeah, Jennifer has been amazing for sure."

In honour of Katy Perry and Russell Brand's spectacular (sounding - we're still waiting for some grainy pap shots) wedding at the weekend, we thought we'd take a look back at some other celebrity nuptials! Although some of them may be dead in the water now (Cheryl Cole... Renee Zellweger... Britney Spears) they were some damn good weddings.

Jennifer Aniston is apparently trying to help her good friends Courteney Cox and David Arquette resolve their marriage issues (although after what David did yesterday we're not sure that'll happen).
A source said, "Jen has known for some time that the couple were in trouble but hoped and prayed they would be able to work it out."
The source continued: "No-one knows how painful divorce is more than Jen and she hopes they don't rush into it without exhausting every possibility to stay together."
"Goodness knows Courteney supported Jen during her break-up with Brad. Now it's Jen's turn to be supportive. After all, isn't that what a friend is for?"
Oh, good one, Source.

Jennifer Aniston has topped a list of the most eligible women in the world!
The poll, conducted by Vanity Fair and 60 Minitues, saw the Friends actress come in first, ahead of the likes of Halle Berry (who came second) and Lady Gaga.
Tiger Woods's ex-wife Elin Nordegren came in at 3rd, follwed by Betty White and Gaga.
Jen recently discussed her image as a lonely old women in the media with Vogue, saying; "This whole 'Poor lonely Jen' thing, this idea that I'm so unlucky in love? I actually feel I've been unbelievably lucky in love... I'm right where I'm supposed to be."

In perhaps another attempt to make Jennifer Aniston seem old and past it, the media have decided that the Friends actress dislikes technology and has attempted to limit it in her life.
A source said, "Jen's friends constantly make fun of her because she doesn't know how to programme her DVR or her home stereo and she hasn't the slightest clue about how to download a song from the internet."
They added, "She still has one of the old-school, first generation iPods. Jen is like, 'Why do I need to upgrade when this one works just fine?'"
Apprently Jennifer also doesn't text or email. "Jen swore off texting. She's keeping emails to a minimum and telling friends that if they want to reach her, they should call."
Okay.

Jennifer Aniston has become like a rallying point for all women who haven't got a boyfriend hasn't she?
Here she is again telling the media that she doesn't mind not having a boyfriend because she's very independent.
Jennifer said, "I'm much better with big decisions than I am about where we go for dinner. I'm really self-sufficient and independent, sometimes to a fault, I would say. But I would rather be that than helpless."
The Switch actress added, "It was also survival in a way, growing up. I never wanted to be the kind of woman who needed a man to fulfil me. They're wonderful. I've had wonderful males in my life, and I've had wonderful relationships in my life."
Good. Every women should think that way!

Jennifer Aniston has revealed that she'd like to take a break after she's done filming one more movie after her latest, The Switch.
"I'd like a pause button, personally. Just pause - just for a second,'' she said.
Jennifer explained, "I'm ready to take a break; it is time soon to take a break. After the next [film]... after the next one, I will take a break.''
Jen also talked about why she chose to appear in The Switch, saying she was attracted by the risqué, yet original, script.
"It's sort of a taboo subject, but to see it woven into this awesome modern love story, I was like, 'This is a story I haven't heard before'."

Jennifer Aniston has defended herself yet again against people who criticize her for being over 40 and unmarried.
The actress said that people shouldn't get married just because they fear being on their own.
Jen said, "I think it's about really finding that person that means something and not settling. There are a lot of single people who are as happy as a lark.
She added, "There are a lot of married people not as thrilled as they would like to be."
But really, why are people so obsessed with her getting a husband? She was married to BRAD PITT for pete's sake!
