Kristen Stewart understands Twilight fans (despite being obviously terrified of them)

kristenstewartoscars10.jpgKristen Stewart has said that she understands the fanatical fans of Twilight, telling Parade magazine, "I completely get what they're feeling. Personally, it's just so cool for me to be able to go back and follow a character for so long in successive movies. The fact that fans love them helps give me the chance."

Kristen then went on to explain why playing heroine Bella Swan was harder then it may seem. "I know from the outside Twilight looks like a big commercial movie," she said. "But it was more difficult to play Bella than a lot of other parts I've done. And she's still developing, because I'm not finished yet. It's more of an exploration of a person's journey."

The actress (and girlfriend of Robert Pattinson) also told the magazine that she was hoping to work with her mum, who is a script supervisor.

"We're really close and then, at the same time, we're creatively very different. But I think it would be cool if it happens."

Dannii Minogue dishes on her baby cravings

kyliedanniiellestyle.jpgDannii Minogue who is expecting a baby in July with boyfriend Kris Smith, has been talking about the food she's been craving since being pregnant.

Sadly there's nothing weird though.

"As for British cuisine favourites - fish and chips and sticky toffee pudding! Baby 'Smithogue' has been enjoying them too much", said the X Factor judge.

Aside from the baby stuff, Dannii, who lives between London and Australia, told OK magazine what she loves about London, saying,

"You can't beat a double-decker bus, but I miss the old ones you could jump on and off easily. And black taxis are the best in the world - the driver always knows where they are going."

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick split

britney-spears-airport-australia.jpgThere are reports this morning that Britney Spears has broken up with her boyfriend of a year, Jason Trawick.

Apparently the split happened back in February, which was the last time the couple were seen together - in McDonalds on Valentines Day.

A source told press, "They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along. They both just needed to take a break from each other. It wasn't working out."

And considering the fact that Jason is still the popstar's agent, things could get awkward!

But the source also adds that the couple may get back together.

Catherine-Zeta Jones says she kept make up on at all times when working with Brad Pitt

catherinezjmichealrc.jpgCatherine Zeta-Jones has revealed that she was embarrassed to let Brad Pitt and George Clooney see her without make up on when she was working on Ocean's Twelve with them.

We totally understand.

The Welsh actress said, "They're just cool guys. I was brought up with five brothers so as girly as I was, you just have to go with the guys sometimes."

Catherine explained, "But the worst thing is when you're really tired... and you think of the solace of a make-up room. Sitting next to Brad Pitt and George Clooney when you look like you-know-what, it's not nice at six in the morning. I don't think any woman should have to do it."

"I've been lucky to work with Antonio Banderas in The Mask of Zorro, with Brad Pitt, with George Clooney - and I get to sleep with Michael Douglas every night!"

Sandra Bullock won't buy expensive clothes

sandrabullockoscars10.jpgOscar-winning Sandra Bullock has revealed that she won't buy expensive clothes anymore, because they end up staying in her wardrobe.

The Miss Congeniality Blind Side actress said, "I've learned from painful mistakes about the pressure in the store to pay exorbitant amounts for stuff that isn't right."

"Five years later, it's still in your closet with the tag on it."

So true.

Sandra went on, "I have $900 (£590) guilt shoes. I'm thinking about putting them on a shelf with a spotlight on them to remind me about such mistakes."

Have we mentioned how much we love her?

Katie Price has another inspired idea

big20080419set190_3427.jpgLet's remember the story we brought you yesterday about Katie Price's 'outrage' after Peter Andre took their children to see his concert.

Ok, ready? Katie Price is now developing plans to launch a toddlers beauty range which her daughter Princess will be the face off.

Do you hear that? That's the sound of hypocrisy.

A friend of Peter's said, "Peter's concerns are genuine. He really doesn't think it is right to see a child wearing make-up. He's hoping that it's some sort of joke - or that she sees sense and doesn't ahead with it."

Katie has said the collection would include "Edible lipstick, little case with wipes to take your make-up off. You can get a nice case for make-up wipes, lipsticks, blushers and mascara and nail varnishes."

She then declared, "That's why I like to do it. For all you haters out there."

What a brilliant idea.

Cough.

Anna Kendrick on her 'timeless' Oscar dress

annakendrickoscars10.jpgAnna Kendrick told People magazine that she chose the pale pink Elie Saab gown for the Oscars because of its 'timeless' style.

The Twilight and Up In The Air actress said she wanted a dress that embodied "old Hollywood glamour" so that the pictures still looked good in years to come!

Smart girl!

Anna said "I feel like it's timeless and I wanted that moment to be a picture that I can look back on in 50 years and not think, 'Oh my God, what was I thinking? That's so 2010!'"

It just goes to show what good forward thinking can do, because she looked beautiful!

If only her co-star had thought the same...

Fashion is Gwen Stefani's back up plan

gwen-stefani-instyle.jpgSinger Gwen Stefani has revealed that fashion is her back up plan for when she's too old to jump around on stage.

Appearing on the cover of Instyle, Gwen, who has already started a successful fashion career with her LAMB line, told the magazine, "I wanted so badly to have a backup plan for when I'm not performing anymore. Let's be realistic: It's not going to be like this forever."

And let's just say it would pay to get in with her son Kingston - Gwen says that her collection of couture will be going to his girlfriend when she's too old to wear it! Unless, that is, she has a daughter... "I don't know. I'm not focusing on it right now, but it's not up to me anyway, you know? These things are miracles, so we'll see. Otherwise, the clothes are probably going to go to some girlfriend of Kingston's!"

Kim: 'Sex and The City 2 was like camp'

kim-cattrall-eighties-short.jpgKim Cattrall has joked that being reunited with her Sex and The City co-stars was like going to summer camp.

Donning Samantha's sexy power suits, Kim joined Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis as they reprised the roles of the famous foursome for the movie sequel.

Speaking about the film, the actress said, ""I thought the material was very fresh and funny. The first film was catching up with the girls. This one is just a lot of fun. There is such a wonderful feeling of family. It felt like summer camp."

But those hoping for spoilers are in for a disappointment - Kim said, "I signed my life savings away if I tell plot points. All I can say is that we had a really terrific time making it!"
