Speaking of Cheryl Cole, here is today's Probably Completely Untrue Cheryl Cole Update: she's now bestie's with Gwyneth Paltrow because they've been bonding about their marriages.
According to a source, "Gwyneth has had ups and downs in her marriage and Cheryl can relate to that so she's offered lots of advice to her."
I'm sorry, Cheryl seems nice and all, but would you take marriage advice from her? No.
The source added, "Cheryl's been worrying that her US career won't take off so Gwyneth's been putting her in touch with the right people."
If Simon Cowell can't make her work, I doubt Gwyneth will be much help. Although she does know Jay Z.
Also we thought Cheryl wouldn't talk to anyone because no one understands her?

Well guys, today is our last instalment of the Celebrity Shapewear Challenge with Triumph - and our subject is the lovely Gwyneth Paltrow.
Gwyneth is a known lover of shapewear - she famously wore two pairs of shaping knickers at once after she gave birth to daughter Apple (which must have been an ordeal and a half) and says that "That's how all the Hollywood girls do it."
For the Oscars this year, Gwyneth wore this silver column gown, which was beautiful, but made of an extremely unforgiving fabric.
In fact, we are willing to put money on her wearing some. Of course, there's no way to prove it either way, but let's have a vote anyway.

After Gwyneth Paltrow's very successful stint on Glee (for which she will be returning), her performance with Cee-Lo Green at the Grammy's,and her performances at the Oscars, the actress has reported scored herself a record contract!
The contract is said to be with Atlantic Records,who were impressed with her singing in Country Strong, and Gwyneth has already apparently signed the $950,000 (£600,000) contract.
So,d'you think this is well deserved?
Also - we can't help but feel she'll be super busy if she has a singing career too - who will write GOOP?!?

You probably remember that Gywneth Paltrow performed a rendition of Cee Lo Green's hit song Forget You on an episode of Glee last year - Cee Lo was apprently so impressed he invited her to join him on stage at the Grammy's for his performance with, er, a load of puppets.
Say what you want about her - and I do - but frankly, she sounded amazing; the girl can really sing! Gwyneth stole the show - even with Cee Lo dressed up like a turkey soldier at Brazilian carnival.
My favourite part was when she got on the piano - she looks a lot more fun then I imagined! And she must have been terrified. Watch their performance above.

Gywneth Paltrow has a dark secret - she's not actually the perfect parent. She once... let her daughter Apple stay home from school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The actress revealed to Good Housekeeping, "I'll probably get kicked out of our school for admitting this, but I let Apple stay home yesterday. I just needed to be with her."
And what did they do? "We went out to lunch, we went to the beauty salon, we were together," she said.
The beauty salon?? I wish my mum took me to the beauty salon when I was 6 instead of school.
But, says Gwyneth, it came back to bite her when her son Moses thought he'd be getting a day off school too - apparently Apple told him: "Tomorrow is your day to stay home from school."
Tut tut tut.

Most of the time when actresses get asked who out of who they've acted with has been the best kisser they dodge the question, but not Gwyneth Paltrow!
She didn't mind telling the world that her favourite was... Tom Cruise!
She said, "I did a little cameo once at the beginning of Austin Powers 3, I think it was, and I got to make out with Tom Cruise. He was an amazing kisser!"
That's quite a feat, considering Gwyneth has worked with hotties like Ben Afleck, Brad Pitt, Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are normally very quiet about their relationship, but the actress has opened up about her husband in a new interview for Good Housekeeping.
Gwyneth explained, "I can depend on him. He makes me laugh. He's really appreciative of me. You know, he makes me feel special."
But she also revealed that her being American and Chris being British ends in a culture clash sometimes - because he won't talk about things. No Gwyn, he's just a man.
She said, "I definitely have to coax things out of him when we talk. You know, he's British, so it's a different lexicon totally. But you have to communicate. Otherwise there's no relationship."

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that her children don't really understand that she is famous, or what she's famous for.
She said, "My kids have never seen me in anything. They don't know what I do - or rather, Apple does now because people in her class know and they say, 'Oh, I saw you in a magazine'".
Gwyneth explained, "And you're like, 'Oh God. I'll have to deal with all these questions that will inevitably be coming', but I try to separate it."
In fact, said the Oscar-winning actress, Apple, 6, and Moses, 4, think she's a singer because of all the time she spent learning the guitar for Country Strong: "They know I work but they think I do singing, which is hilarious. They probably saw me for a year practising my guitar and singing and they think that's my job.
"I'm like, 'Oh, my God'. They know I'm in movies and stuff, but I don't think they really fully get it and I don't show them or really get into it.

We've got hold of a clip of Gwyneth Paltrow and Leighton Meester's upcoming movie Country Strong, where you can watch the Gossip Girl actress singing 'Summer Girl'.
She's got a great voice, so it's no surprise that Leighton is planning on launching a music career. She said recently, "I recorded three songs recently. I have, like, 20 more to do."
"So I don't know when that's going to happen. I just really want it to be perfect. I'm not in any rush."
