These untouched, pre-photoshopped pictures of Christina Aguilera have been released and doesn't she look beautiful?
The photos for Marie Claire magazine, shot by Peggy Sirota, almost make us forget those long, disturbing years of dreadlocks and leather chaps (almost).
The singer, who has progressed through a host of styles, from 20s siren to grungy rocker, poses in minimal make-up in a range of different outfits including a bodysuit and cute sequined dress, which are dressed up with accessories.

Photographed on the set of her film, Burlesque, Christina Aguilera rocks a fetching fifties look of cats-eye shades and a polkadot headscarf. Not quite so retro is the rest of her outfit - skinny jeans, western boots and a sculpted biker jacket.
The leather biker jacket has come into its own as a go-to wardrobe staple for Hollywood's fashion-obsessed and the good news is that the trend continues for next season. Biker jackets will be all over the high street in leather, suede and denim so start hunting yours out now.

Oh the perils of showbiz. Christina Aguilera has been out of the limelight for so long, we'd forgotten all about her. The once-controversial dresser has been usurped in the style stakes by Lady GaGa so we nearly had a 'who's that' moment when we saw this picture of Christina at a New Year's bash in Las Vegas.
Why so demure, pray tell? Her sleek hair and simple slip dress are a far cry for the risqué outfits of yore but all is not lost. We hear that Christina plays a burlesque dancer in her forthcoming film, Burlesque. Yay, the corsets will return!

'Tis the season to be jolly apparently, please remind me of that after a day of Christmas shopping on Oxford Street! At least I can find solace in the fact that Christina Aguilera looks almost as harassed as they rest of us as she stocks up on wrapping paper.
Looking effortlessly stylish in her seasonal tartan get-up complete with cosy gilet, flat knee-high boots, oversized bag and the traditional Chrimbo "get outta my way" glare, this is a gal on a shopping mission if ever I saw one.
With Jordan Bratman in tow Xtina obviously knows that no Xmas shopping outfit is complete without the hubby-handbag, leaving her hands free for essential energy-boosting beverages and maximising her elbow manoeuvrability to get stuck into those bargains. If only we were all as organised.

Here was Paris Hilton in London last night - about to head out for a night on the town. As you do, when you're a rich celebrity and it's a Wednesday night.
Now, I won't dwell on Paris's shocking outfit here - mainly because she looks like Pauline Calf, but also because the dramatic headline of this story is that Paris was heading out for a night out with Prince William.
Well, erm, sort of.
In short: Paris went off to favourite celebrity haunt Whisky Mist - and guess who else was hanging out in the VIP area there? Prince William. And Princess Beatrice. And Princess Eugenie. And Princess Christina Aguilera.
Sadly, though, Kate Middleton appears to have been absent. Shame. Because that would have been a great face-off, dontcha think? "Leave 'er, Pazza! She's not worf it!". Pauline Calf would have been proud.

Here, Pucci, Pucci...!
Yes, Christina Aguilera is in town - as reported yesterday - and here she was, stepping out for the Africa Rising festival at the Royal Albert Hall last night.
She was, as they say, rocking a Pucci print top, skintight PVC pants and purple platform soles. And yesterday, when she was rocking her tartan cap, she was apparently on her way to meet Philip Green of Topshop to discuss designing a range of clothes for the store.
So if you put two and two together: I think this is what we can expect her Topshop range to look like.

When I wrote about Christina Aguilera leaving LA airport with her family at the weekend, little did I know she was heading to England. Why, I would have put the kettle on if I'd known. And brushed my hair.
But over here she is - and here she was arriving at her London hotel yesterday. As you can see, Christina is clearly trying to ingratiate herself with her British hosts by wearing tartan. Or it could be that tartan's really in this season. Either way - surely she should have tried to find one with a comedy wig attached?
