Last night Nicole Scherzinger took to the X Factor stage to give a truly intoxicating performance of her latest single Poison. Nicole, dressed in an incredibly sexy sci-fi ensemble, put on quite a show complete with pyrotechnics and an army of dancers.
It was the first time that Nicole had performed Poison, and what a performance?! Her new album is finally due to be released, which has been in the pipeline for four years. Nicole's tipped our X Factor favourite and style crush Rebecca to win.
Nicole's racing driver boyfriend Lewis Hamilton watched her performance admiringly whilst we're pretty sure Cheryl Cole seethed with jealousy. Comparisons are obviously going to be made between the two pop starlets, from skimpy ensembles, to fast paced dance routines and Nicole filling in on the X factor for Cheryl when she fell ill with malaria. Nicole certainly has the dance skills and the vocals, and we loved her as a judge on the panel... could Nicole be the next Cheryl?
She might not be the most popular judge on the X Factor right now but Cheryl Cole is getting back to what she does best - making music.
After the massive number one smash, Promise This, Cheryl has released the video for her second single from Messy Little Raindrops, The Flood.
As you expect there is loads of water references with the 27 year old looking pensive in a beach hut. She also shows off a gorgeous green dress and is bang on trend in a black knitted jumper dress.
A survey by Parentchannel.tv has shown that parents believe Cheryl Cole is the most idolized celebrity among their children!

Well, Cheryl Cole won't be wearing Julien Macdonald anymore.
The singer and the designer reportedly had a dramatic run in at a party at Sarah Harding's house where Julian launched into a tirade against her.
A witness said, "It was really abusive. Julien just started going off on one, saying she looked like a chav with her hair and that her dress sense was 'hideous'."
"It was totally out of order. He really tried to humiliate Cheryl. But he was lost for words when Cheryl fought back."
Apparently Cheryl responded, "Get out of my face... F**k you. Did you hear what I said? F**k you."
Louis Walsh has proved just how clueless and behind he is by declaring that he thinks Cheryl Cole maybe be the biggest character on The X-Factor judging panel.
No, duh!
"I used to think it was Dannii [Minogue]," he said. "But now it may be Cheryl!
Louis added, "She didn't like it when I said the show wasn't all about her! But I was speaking my mind at the time."
He continued: "I do like Cheryl, though - The X Factor needs her. When the cameras are turned off, she's still a real sweetie. It's not all an act with her."
Cheryl Cole has a cameo in the video for Nicki Minaj and Will.i.am's new single Check It Out, and tries to out do Nicki in who can make the strangest facial expressions throughout.

Reports are floating around that Cheryl Cole and Nadine Coyle have settled their differences and cleared the air after weeks of press attention on their relationship.
The ever-present 'friend' told Closer, "Nadine was sick of the fighting and said it had been going on for too long, so she made the first move after seeing pictures of the rest of the band together at The X Factor."

Cheryl Cole was outdressed by her Girls Aloud bandmate Nicola Roberts at the Pride of Britain Awards last night.
Nicola looked amazing wearing a William Tempest nude 'siren devore' dress with long sleeves, which coordinated very well with her hair and skin tone and topped it off with clear glitter ankle strap heels and a black clutch.
Cheryl on the other hand wore a boring black dress with a slit and black shoes. Meh.
Cheryl Cole has just returned from America looking very happy with herself - and we think we may know why: the singer has reportedly been offered a record contract with Universal in the US!
A source said, "Cheryl got a call from some very senior people at Universal saying they wanted to see her.
