AH, Halloween. As Lindsay Lohan once wisely said in Mean Girls, "Halloween is the one night a year when girls can dress like a total slut and no other girls can say anything", a mantra that Paris Hilton always takes full advantage of.
This year was no different: Paris was slutty She-Ra, Kim Kardashian was a slutty-but-quite-awesome Poison Ivy, AnnaLynne McCord was a slutty-French Renaissance girl and Jersey Shore's Snooki was a slutty leopard. On the other hand, Paris' ex-BFF Nicole Richie made a stand against slutty costumes, tweeting "Girls, can we all pledge that we will not dress slutty for this Halloween?" and dressing up as a very convincing Jennifer Lopez instead! More costumes included Heidi Klum's usual jaw-droppingly impressive outfit, Nicki Minaj and a White Swan.

Paris Hilton recently went to India - Mumbai to be exact - to launch her accessories line over there, and has revealed that while she was there she got offered a massive two film roles!
She's just beating the offers off, isn't she.
But, she said, she's not that up for it. She explained, "I have been approached to do two Bollywood films. But I am not keen on them. However, if a good script comes up, I am willing to do it. "
Don't force yourself Paris.
"Bollywood films are beautiful, I love the clothes in them," she added. "I am sure I am going to wear a sari back in the US as well."
So expect to see her prancing around in a pink bedazzled sari at her next launch, probably for a line of dog collars.
Brace yourselves people - not only is Paris Hilton planning on making a return to the music scene, but she's decided that maybe pop music wasn't the right direction for her... and she's going into house.
Like house music.
Apparently the heiress wants to become 'the most powerful female house musician of all time'.
It faintly reminds me of this.
According to sources she thinks she could be "Queen of house music" because some idiot told her "no woman has ever taken over in that arena ... and she wants to become that person."
Sigh. Well at least this should be amusing. After all we all know what happened to Pete.

Poor Paris Hilton - her big return to fame reality show The World According To Paris, has been cancelled.
The network that make the show, Oxygen, reportedly have no plans for a second season of The World According to Paris, according to industry insiders speaking to NY magazine.
She couldn't say she didn't see it coming though. The show didn't do very well, only attaining 400,000 at the most and reminding us after all the time since The Simple Life just why we don't like Paris Hilton.
Sad times Paris. Sad times.

Sarah Jessica Parker has revealed that she doesn't like being famous, and she tries to do normal stuff all the time - she even takes the subway.
Imagine seeing Carrie on the subway. Amazing.
Sarah told Marie Claire, "I never wanted to be famous and in my daily life, I work really hard to not trade on it in any way. I am so desperately worried about anybody saying, 'She cut in line' or 'She took our table' or 'She got out of jury duty' or 'She doesn't do her own grocery shopping.'"
"The things that bother me are counter to who I am and the way I live," she added. "It's not like it's hard to be decent and respectful and well-behaved. I do wait in line, and I do take the subway, and I do do my own grocery shopping, and I do take the kids to school."
So true. Take note Paris Hilton.

Poor Paris Hilton. She thought that with her new show she'd be at the top of her game again and we'd all be like, Kim who? But it hasn't happened.
Paris was told this in an interview yesterday, and this caused her unsurprisingly to walk out of it to fight with her publicist.
The heiress returned after a while with a carefully rehearsed line about how she's been in the business (of what, famewhoring?) for 15 years now, and you have to move with the times.
You'd think, being in the business for 15 years, she'd know that no good publicity would come out of her throwing a tantrum like a 3-year old. Watch her strop in the video above!

Paris Hilton's life is not going as she'd hoped guys.
Sure, she's pretty, and rich, and basically owns her own zoo in her garden, but she wanted to be married by now dammit.
"When I was a little girl," said Paris. "I always imagined I'd be married with kids by now. It's not where I thought I'd be. I'm 30, and I'm by myself."

Paris also insisted that she ended her relationship with Cy Waits - despite Cy hinting that it was him. "By watching the show, I got an outside perspective of our relationship... I realised that yes, I love him and he's one of my best friends, but I needed to make sure he was the one," she said. "When I realised I wasn't certain, I knew I had to end it." Suuuure...

Well no doubt Paris Hilton will try and make out that she ended her relationship with Cy Waits, but considering what he told People magazine recently it seems like he was the one of got rid of her. Because she has no morals.
Cy told the magazine that the split was a long time coming, explaining, "I don't want to speak for Paris, but this break-up is something I knew, for a number of months, needed to happen - and we finally saw eye to eye. I need to get back to focusing on my career."
And then he went on to hint that he and the heiress didn't share the same morals.
"In my next relationship I expect honesty, strong values, true communication, commitment, mutual trust and respect, something I didn't necessarily have recently," he said. "At the end of the day, I want my partner and I to have the same ethics."

Paris Hilton's mum Kathy Hilton made no secret if how much she loved her daughter's ex-boyfriend Cy Waits - I'd forgotten to even wonder how she's coping after their split.
She's heartbroken guys.
"He really is an angel. I do adore him. My heart is broken," she said.
Kathy added that she tries not to get close to 'the boyfriends' because of quickly they are replaced. For shame Paris.
She said, "That's why I don't like getting close to the boyfriends because they become like a part of the family."
"The thing is, she goes from one boyfriend to the next. I think she will be single for a while. I told her, you need girlfriend time right now and family time. We don't need to just put a band-aid on this," Kathy added.

I don't think Paris Hilton's reality show has turned out exactly the way she had hoped - instead of everyone realising that she isn't a spoilt, self-involved brat - they've realised that that's exactly what she is.
The heiress is still trying to insist that the show shows who she is (although we would stop doing it quite so hard) and defending its herself. Because guys, when it seems like she is being mean or selfish, she is of course, only joking.
You just don't get it.
She said, "There are a lot of misconceptions about me. If you watch the show you get to see the real me with my friends and family. A lot of the time I'm being very tongue-in-cheek. I like to joke around and laugh at things, and I think a lot of people take me seriously, but I'm really joking sometimes."
