With BBC's The Voice on our screens every weekend, Jessie J's style has been the talk of the town lately. We absolutely love her new ombre hair do and she's been rocking Spring / Summer 2012's prints like no one else. Although she's known for her unique style, recently Jessie has been confessing that it's time to grow up, "I'm just growing up! I won't lie, when you're first bringing out music and you want people to notice, you probably overdo it, especially as a girl. But I started looking at photos and thinking, "Jess, it's too much - the outfits, the hair". I became a bit of a cartoon. I just wanted to tone it down" she added, "The Mystic Meg hair was my comfort blanket. But as you start seeing pictures of yourself at every angle you realise it's about taking risks if you want your style to evolve."
When it comes to her role on The Voice, Jessie seems to be quite passionate and determined to teach her acts that being in the music industry is far from easy, "I want to teach my acts that it's about sacrifice - it isn't easy. It's about staying in to avoid losing your voice shouting over music in clubs. It's about understanding you'll miss family events and won't be able to eat the cake you want on your birthday. You'll doubt yourself, lose your voice and people will tweet horrible things. But I'll be there for them."
That's a shame. We think the best bit about your birthday is eating cake. The above snap is taken from her shoot in Company magazine. Like her all pastel look? Shop it with our buys below.
Apologies for the long-winded description, it's just we're not really sure what to call Jessie J's rather strange Q Awards outfit.
Is it a holey catsuit? Or a body stocking? She is the face of Henry Holland's tights after all. Maybe she was giving her Halloween costume a test-run...
More importantly, do you love it or loathe it? Vote below...
Jessie J has just been announced as the new face of Henry Holland's tights line for Pretty Polly!
It's a no-brainer really isn't it: Jessie has an amazing pair of never-ending legs and has performed in the brands' tights multiple times - excellent casting we think. The singer appears in a pop art/comic book-inspired campaign, like the image on the left.
David Hinchliffe, brand director at Pretty Polly said, "She's got awesome style, but her attitude as well as her persona make a terrific choice for our collection. The campaign is all about how our tights make a girl feel, it's about empowering a girl when she's wearing our products and recognizing the effect she will have on the people around her."
Jessie J must have thought it was a bit chilly yesterday as she left her hotel because she donned this awesome leopard hat, complete with ears, to keep her warm.
Did you catch the BRIT awards last night? Performances from Adele, Rihanna, Plan B, Take That, the list goes on. Of course, they were all amazing, but what we really took notice of was the fashion.
Rihanna stole the show in our opinion with her Christian Dior Haute Couture gown, but there were some good efforts from Alesha Dixon and Fearne Cotton too. Cheryl Cole, we weren't that impressed with actually.

Today's Get The Look is on new pop star around town Jessie J - who is set for big things after the wild success of her debut single Do It Like a Dude - and her too cool tights.
The singer performed at London club Koko yesterday wearing a black S&M style bodysuit and those black star print tights.
So after going on a search (although to be fair it wasn't hard) I discovered that they are Henry Holland Superstar Tights, and they also come in gold! So cool.
