How gorgeous does Holly Willoughby look in her latest photo shoot with Very?! The This Morning presenter and mother of two has created some beautiful pieces for her tenth celebrity collection - in fact, they're some of her best to date in our opinion. As always, Holly's Spring Summer 2013 collection has been designed with a curvy figure in mind (there are plenty of flattering silhouettes, cap sleeves, and floaty fabrics) but with sizes ranging from 8-20, everyone can enjoy it.
In the very.co.uk behind the scenes video, Holly talks through some of her favourite pieces, from the gorgeous pink chiffon tea dress which the 31-year-old describes as, "a dress that anybody should have in their wardrobe, it's so comfortable and yet it's nice and bright", to a pretty Fifties style floral number, which Holly refers to as her 'Hawaiian dress'. "It just fits every where and it feels great, and it's quite sexy as well because it's got sort of a nice v to show off the old cleavage", she explains. As she remarks on her best selling tea dresses and nods to on-trend details like Peter Pan collars, it's clear that Holly is one celebrity designer who knows just what her fashion followers want; bravo Holly! I don't know about you, but I've got my eyes on the pink chiffon number below and that gorgeous spotted blue shirt dress above...
We loved this dress back in August when we first took a peek at her Autumn / Winter 2012 collection for Very.co.uk, and it comes as no surprise that it's made its way to the red carpet on the back of none other than its creator themselves, Holly Willoughby. Curvaceous Holly wore the dress to The Pride of Britain Awards which took place in London last night, where many a famous face took to the red carpet to celebrate all things British.
The dress, which comes from Holly's current collection for Very.co.uk, features backless scoop shape, tee sleeves, opulent velvet fabric and diamante detail to the front neckline and back. Oozing with vampy style glamour, the floor length maxi number is a sure fire winner for the upcoming party season. Holly teamed the dress with simple silver jewellery, gothic nails and glittering stiletto sling backs.
Yesterday we briefly touched on the storm that Holly Willoughby's makeup free face caused on the net, and it looks as though the This Morning presenter has cleared away the cobwebs in an exclusive interview with Grazia. As well as shrugging off the negative opinions that Daily Mail reporter Liz Jones spouted, (she labelled Holly 'anti-feminist' and a 'drag queen') the gorgeous 31-year-old discusses her friendship with co-presenter Philip Scofield, her role as the face of Oral-B 3D White toothpaste, and the contents of her makeup bag.
When it comes to her beauty routine, Holly likes to keep it chic and simple; the Celebrity Juice panellist admits to Grazia that while she loves the idea of dying her hair, she's "not so brave", and has "had the same hair" all her life. Describing herself as "inherently lazy", the blonde bombshell says that she often "can't be bothered" to do her makeup when she's not working (we hear you Holly) but that she's a stickler for taking care of her teeth and is an "avid flosser".
If you want to steal Holly's look, the star has also shared a few of her essential products and red carpet secrets. Holly's favourite items in her makeup bag are the basics - foundation, highlighter and mascara. She swears by Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage foundation (perfect for concealing discolouration, imperfections and redness), Estee Lauder mascara, and Giorgio Armani's Face Fabric, an innovative product that can be worn alone for a natural effect or combined with foundation to highlight the complexion.
When she wants to look extra glamorous, Holly likes to curl her eyelashes, but when she's on the red carpet she's happy to wear falsies. The presenter says that the secret to creating the perfect eyeliner is to "use the line of the [false] eyelashes to get your flick. It's almost like having a ruler to guide you. I use liquid eyeliner on my eyelids and pencil on the inside."
We love Holly whether she's dolled up or fresh faced, don't you?
The Internet seemed to have a small melt down last week when the lovely Holly Willoughby posted a photo of herself on twitter without a stitch of makeup on. We have to admit that seeing her bare faced made us love Holly all the more - hurrah, we cried, she's a normal, beautiful woman!
According to the Daily Mail, the gorgeous This Morning presenter and Very.co.uk designer has a trick up her sleeve that could be the secret weapon behind her fresh complexion - an Australian ointment made from papayas. Apparently passed on as tip from her makeup artist, Holly, reportedly refers to Lucas Papaw ointment as her "budget buy" and "a great all rounder". The 31-year-old presenter added, "as a busy mum, my beauty routine is quite simple, as I don't have a huge amount of time, so I use products that are quick and easy."
The ointment, which hasn't changed in over 100 years, contains freshly grown papaya, which is fermented by the company themselves. As well as being a delicious fruit it's also supposed to have beneficial qualities of Papaw, which the website states, "greatly aid the skin". From the look of Holly's skin, we'd have to agree!
Holly was also right in calling the ointment an all rounder - as well as offering relief for dermatitis and eczema suffers, it can be used on minor burns (including sunburn), chafing, nappy rash, and splinters. If you want to get your hands on some Lucas ointment, 25g tubes start from an impressive £4.75 at 25g tubes start from an impressive £4.75 pawpawshop.co.uk.
Holly Willoughby was looking absolutely radiant for a spring day at Ascot this weekend. She tweeted a photo from her weekend and while she didn't don a hat for the races, she was sporting some fabulous cat's eye sunglasses from Marks & Spencer. Making sure she stayed warm in a black jacket, but her smile and shades were definitely sunny.
The nude sunglasses are the perfect retro shape for Holly (and she's still keeping her face looking fresh with a slick of bright lippie). They're £9.50 and if you're not a fan of the nude colour, you can always pick black or tortoiseshell. This is the second time in a week Holly has been spotted wearing M&S - how long will it be before they snap Holly up for a campaign of her own?
Holly Willoughby is a girl who knows what she likes and rarely veers away from it. Promoting her new talent show The Voice on BBC1's The One Show yesterday, Holly wore a rather typically Holly dress - floral and 50s prom shape.
The dress in question? It's called Lachelle and it's £59 Joy's own label Louche and hit the stores earlier this week. We've had a peek and they've got some gorgeous floral pieces coming in over the next couple of weeks.
We might love the whole Louche range, but can't help feel that this dress is a little bit too 'booby' for Holly. She's not exactly struggling in the cleavage department and the neckline slightly is too high. The pleats work, the colour is lovely, but her chest needs careful dressing with a busy print. Want to wear summer florals a little less traditionally? Here are some more unusal options:
If you're slender up top, for something off the shoulder like this Love Label dress (£47 from Littlewoods).
Floral accessories add a pop of colour and pattern to an otherwise plain outfit. These Giuseppe Zanotti platforms (£372 from Style Bop) are ideal if you don't want to go over the top with bold pattern.
These floral shorts by Polo Jeans (£87.14 from Tessabit) are gorgeous and a really unexpected way to wear print. They're casual, but still interesting.

Holly Willoughby
Holly Willoughby has taken part in a super-glamourous photoshoot to promote her latest collection for Very.co.uk - and she looks awesome. The This Morning presenter sports vampy dark lips and old Hollywood style hair to go with her AW11 range of party dresses and evening gowns, designed "to flatter every lump and bump".
Very have given us this behind-the-scenes video from the shoot where you can see Holl using her experience as a model (back in the day) to smoulder into the camera. Check it out above, and check out a gallery of the resulting images by clicking on the image below!
