It's all Gwynnie's fault. We're still swooning over the sparkly cuff that she wore with that dress. The dress was lush, but her wrist bling was elegant, bold and chic all at once. Milla and Kate Middleton have been spotted wearing similar wrist jewels too. Instead of choosing red carpet staple chandelier earrings (so 2009), celebrities are opting for fancy wrist jewellery. Just take a look at the cuffs of your favourite stars next time their out. Sparkly.

The actress and maybe-singer-who-knows was there to attend the opening party of Coach's new store in London, of which she is the spokesperson, and looked awesome doing so, wearing a stylishly simple black jumpsuit, and a tan Coach bag (obvs).

I'm starting to really like Gwyneth Paltrow - not that I've met her, but eveytime I get a GOOP newsletter in my inbox I feel like I know her a little bit more, and I think we could be friends.
For her latest GOOP, Gwyn has put together a little scrapbook of her weekend at the Venice Film Festival, complete with food pictures like any of us take when we go on holiday!
The pictures of the paparazzi boat chase and hanging out with Matt Damon however, I do not have.

The anniversary of 9/11 is coming up, and it's been revealed that Gwyneth Paltrow was actually responsible for saving a life that day.
Well, she doesn't put it like that. "Basically, what happened was I had gone to a yoga class very early," Gwyneth explained.
"I was on the way home and it was the morning of September 11 - not that I knew at the time what that meant - and a girl was jaywalking across the street and we kind of both stopped at the same time and waited a really long time."
Because of this, Lara Lundstrom Clarke missed her train and was late getting into her office on the 77th floor of the World Trade Center, meaning she just missed the plane hitting.
"I think a lot of fates were changed that day obviously and I am very humbly happy to be a part of her story," said Gwyneth.

Gwyneth Paltrow is going hard on trying to shed that stick-in-the-mud, uptight, boring image - her latest revelation? She has some friends who've had affairs(!!!!).
Gwyneth told The Telegraph, "I am a great romantic - but I also think you can be a romantic and a realist. Life is complicated and long and I know people that I respect and admire and look up to who have had extra-marital affairs."
The actress went on: "It's like, we're flawed - we're human beings and sometimes you make choices that other people are going to judge. That's their problem but I really think that the more I live my life the more I learn not to judge people for what they do. I think we're all trying our best but life is complicated."
Too true Gywneth, too true.
At least you have a woodburning pizza oven though, that probably helps.

We're becoming increasingly suspicious that Gwyneth Paltrow is actually planning on launching a music career - she's been talking about singing a lot recently.
The latest story Gwyneth has for us is about Beyoncé helping her with her performance for the Grammy's, when she performed Cee Lo's hit Forget You with him.
The actress recounted, "This story always makes me cry... It's 10 in the morning and Beyoncé schleps it all the way down to the Staples Centre to watch [me rehearse for the Grammys]. I mean, she's Beyoncé!"
Not sure that's worth crying about to be honest...
Gwyneth went on, "Beyoncé's like, 'Okay. The singing is great. But you're not having any fun.' She's like, 'Remember when we're at Jay's concert and Panjabi MC comes on and you do your crazy Indian dance? Do that. Be you!'"
So really, we have Beyoncé to thank for this!

Gwyneth Paltrow never used to talk much about her husband, Coldplay singer Chris Martin much, but lately she loves it (she even tweeted the other day: "Who do I have to bang to get an advance copy of the new @coldplay album? I mean, really" which was amazing.)
Anyway, today Gwyneth has revealed that living with Chris is like living with one of the world's greatest artists.
"[He's] a musical genius," Gwyneth told Elle. "It's like living with Picasso and being like, 'Should I make a little something-something?'"
She also added that we won't be hearing a duets album from them, saying, "[Martin] makes music for his fans, and he doesn't want people to conjure a lame famous couple when they're getting into his music. I get it."

The actress is looking for a tutor for her children Apple and Moses, and if you fit the bill (as well as being "Oxbridge-educated") it could be you.
The right candidate will be paid around £60,000 (!!) for daily two to four hour teaching sessions at their home in Belsize Park, North London (tutoring them in sailing and tennis as well as linguistic skills in Ancient Greek, Latin, French and Spanish). They'll also receive travel expenses, free use of a West London flat and free travel alongside the Gywn and Chris when they fly overseas.

Rumour has it that Gwyneth Paltrow won't be the next massive singing sensation - because the actress has had her record deal with Atlantic Records dropped - maybe because she's been demanding a shedload of money.
A source explained, "Atlantic bosses were very interested, and [Atlantic owner] Warner chief Lyor Cohen was very supportive. But then the talks halted and the deal fizzled out. There was a rumor that Paltrow wanted $1 million to sign, but that is a ridiculous figure."
But no worries Gwyn fans, we might be hearing music from her anyway - she's had other offers too, thank you very much. "Atlantic was not the only company pursuing her", said her rep. "And she still has not decided if she wants to record an album. It is still something she is considering."
