We brought you the news last week that Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz were to star in the upcoming movie Bad Teacher together, and now Cam has voiced her views on the subject.
The actress, who was in a relationship with singer Justin for three years until their split in 2007, praised the casting decision, saying "We're thrilled to have him. He's the best person for the job. He's going to be hilarious."
Cameron continued, "He's clearly a very talented comedian, look at his Saturday Night Live [skits]. He's fantastic, he's going to be so great."
The pair were said to have an amicable break up, and from this it looks like they were telling the truth!

Cameron Diaz was definitely one of the best dressed at the Oscars last night, epitomizing an old Hollywood siren in Oscar de la Renta.
Proving that good dressing is about the whole package, Cameron completed her beautiful, gold embellished off-white strapless gown with her blonde hair in a cascade across her shoulder and a slick of red lipstick.

Justin Timberlake has been cast as the leading man in comedy Bad Teacher alongside his ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz.
The plot follows a foul-mouthed, gold-digging seventh-grade teacher who, after being dumped by her boyfriend, sets her sights on a colleague who is dating a substitute teacher, who also is the scion of a watch fortune.
Justin has already appeared in a few films, including Alpha Dog, The Love Guru and the upcoming Facebook movie, The Social Network.

Cameron Diaz rocked up to the premiere of her new film, The Box, looking somewhat off kilter. Despite usually putting in a stellar red carpet performance, Cameron opted for an unflatteringly tight dress in just the wrong length.
Despite sporting some fierce shoulder action, Miss D also got her necklines all confused and finished off with some weird net ankle boot things that look a bit like pool socks.
If her lackluster hair do's anything to go by, she sort of knows she's lost her style mojo - lets hope she gets it back sharpish...

He's already got form when it comes to making outlandish statements on chat shows, and now Tom Cruise has thrilled us all with the not at all skin-crawling revelation that sex with him is 'like flying.'
More worryingly, he was standing next to Cameron Diaz when he said it. The pair were being interviewed by Jay Leno via satellite. First Jay asked Tom if he'd ever been to a strip club, which he promptly denied, like a good little soldier.
Then Jay asked "Tom, I know you're a pilot...what are you better at. Flying or sex?" After fully considering his answer/the pr implications of what he was about to say, Tom answered, "I try to excel in all areas, and I've never been asked for a refund." Maverick, sorry Tom, also finished Cameron Diaz's statement that having sex with Tom is "like flying, Jay."

They say that good things come to those who wait, but Cameron Diaz's patience seems to have been rewarded with not one but two doses of great fortune....
According to The Sun, the actress currently has the choice of two of her previous leading men - Jude Law and Leonardo DiCaprio - after being wooed on a series of dates across the UK capital.
"Leo is back on the pull after he split from his long term girlfriend Bar Rafeali," a source told the paper. "Cameron has been showing a lot of interest while he is in London filming. She was back at his rented apartment in Knightsbridge, west London, a couple of times last week after a series of secret dates. They were joking with friends that they played chess together.
However, the insider added that; "Jude and Cameron have been good friends since they filmed The Holiday together a few years ago. Now they are both single, things are a bit different between them. Jude has been flirting with her and she has been playing along."
Well, whether she chooses Jude or Leo, Cam seems to be enjoying her Holiday before she heads back to the Gangs of New York...
