Zooey Deschanel has been showing off her latest quirky manicure at the Writer's Guild Awards.
The actress - who's recently been linked to Katy Perry's ex, Russell Brand - tweeted a picture of her qwerty keyboard-inspired nails (a tribute to the nominees) before heading to the Hollywood Palladium in a vintage checked Shareen dress to present the awards on Sunday night.
See her fabulous fingers after the cut.

This makes us feel slightly better about our Barry M addiction!
Rihanna apparently teamed her Emporio Armani dress with the ultimate beauty accessory at the Grammys recently - a gold manicure worth $5,000.
According to Instyle.com, Ri-Ri attended the prestigious music awards with Red Carpet Manicure's 'Amor 24' metallic polish on her nails.
Each bottle of the American brand's gel polish contains an ounce of 24 carat gold, hence the hefty price tag.
Even if we could stretch to Ri-Ri's beauty budget, Red Carpet Manicure isn't available in the UK.
Stock up on Barry M's new gold foil nail paint instead. We told you we're obsessed!
Chanel's Peridot nail polish from their Illusion d'Ombres Collection for Autumn/Winter 2011 was one of the most anticipated nail varnish releases of last year (yes, there is such a thing - nails are big business know you know). That two-tone green and gold mixture has almost an antique feel to it, and looked just as good in the bottle than on nails, with streaks of teal and indigo running around the outside.
Because of the unique (at the time anyway) duochrome properties of the polish, I didn't know of any exact dupes of Peridot (it's not as easy to copy as Jade) - but then I spotted this on Topshops webiste!
The high street shop has just added to it's make up range with nail polish Hidden Treasure, which looks like it could be the spitting image of Chanel's creation. It has the same murky green-gold hue with blue running around it. We haven't been able to look any closer yet, but when we do we'll let you know!
In the meantime, Topshop nails in Hidden Treasure is available now here for £6 - a bargain compared to Peridot's price tag, £17.50 at Boots.

While it's not warm enough to dress for spring, there's nothing stopping us from experimenting with next season's beauty trends.
The full fringe is having a moment. In the last few days, we've spied Hollywood royalty Rachel McAdams, Reese Witherspoon and Liv Tyler updating their hair for awards season with blunt bangs.
Off the red carpet, this style is just as wearable but it does take commitment.
Resident hair expert, Kiss and Makeup's Steph says: "Keep two things in mind when considering such a dramatic change. Will a full fringe suit my face shape, current style and features? Your hairdresser will be able to help.
"And can I be bothered to style it every morning?"
Oh, and before you decide to do it yourself - don't.
"It's all about a polished finished not straggly ends", Steph adds.
Obviously, Taylor Swift has been rocking a full fringe for a while but we're coveting the look as our own.
Osoblog had a full fringe cut a while a go. We love.
These eyelashes weren't hard to miss on my trawl of ASOS today - they're from from a brand called Shimmer Twins which make a bespoke collection of lashes guaranteed to make a splash anywhere you wear them, plus they're a great way of doing the 3D make up trend without glueing perspex to your cheeks.
I'm loving the three above - the silver ones are great for just edging you into wearing out-of-the-ordinary eyelashes, with just a scattering of stars over them; and the gold and the heart ones ones are a bit more full on (it goes without saying that the heart ones are great if you're hoping to theme your outfit with Valentine's Day).
They're £15 from ASOS here.

Ever wondered how A-listers manage to look so polished? Even after promoting their latest release at the Sundance Film Festival all day long?
Well hair, wardrobe and make-up stylists aside, there is usually a cult beauty product that celebs can't live without. It's as integral to their look to as a good publicist. Liv Tyler and Emily Blunt have been revealing theirs...

Liv swears by French brand, Rene Furterer's 'Naturia' Dry Shampoo.
Her hairstylist, Marcus Francis spritzes the stuff on Liv's Kate Middleton-esque locks between interviews to tame flyaways, add volume and keep her scalp healthy.
She also uses the 'amazing' dry shampoo at home to rock red carpet hair for a bit longer. Hey, we would too!
While Emily's admitted she's a huge fan of SK-II's Facial Treatment Mask.
The Japanese luxury (read expensive - £130 for a moisturiser!) brand is renowned for anti-ageing.
"You look like Hannibal Lecter in [the masks]", Emily said. "But they really work!" We'll have to take you word for it, Em!
Marc Jacobs is one of our favourite designers, and we've also fallen in love with his line of perfumes, which manage to capture the luxury feeling of his brand, with the cool, youthful style of his clothes.
The thing is, with four easy-to-wear, fresh, floral scents all in gorgeous bottles, it's hard to know which to choose. To help us, OSOYOU have put together a little guide to how to pick the right one for you, based on your personality and style.
Find out which one suits you best here (I've decided I'm Oh, Lola!).

How amazing does Kate Moss look?
The model left her North London mansion for an hour or so to kick start her stint as the face of Spanish brand, Mango.
Dressed from head to toe in the brand's very lovely - yet very affordable - key new season pieces, Kate debuted a new hair do too. Instead of opting for her trademark straight locks, the edgy super went for a softer, more feminine wave. We like.
Her make-up was just as flawless. That warm winter glow makes her look far younger than her usual kohl smudge.
Full marks from us!

Selena Gomez has taken to Twitter to debut her new blue and purple hair.
Justin Bieber's girlfriend posted this pic via Instagram yesterday along with the message "Change is good".
She also thanked her West Hollywood hairdressers for the bold new style created using Great Lengths 3D coloured hair extensions in sapphire and amethyst blended with her natural hair. The singer kept the rocky look girly with a cute headband.
Selena's not the only one feeling blue. Newly-single Katy Perry was snapped at the airport in LA earlier this week sporting a cobalt bob. Her stylist has since confirmed that she used dye rather than a wig to create the new style.
We reckon Selena's hair is far more wearable than Katy's, but will blue hues catch on?

What's the best way to mend a broken heart? Well if you're Katy Perry, by designing a range of false eyelashes for cult brand, Eylure.
Following in the fluttery footsteps of Cheryl Cole and Girls Aloud, Katy has designed four sets of strip lashes as part of the new collaboration.
There's the vintage-inspired 'Oh-Honey' with eye-enhancing flicks, 'Cool Kitty' which have manicured tips, dramatic double-lashes 'Oh My' and a set for falsie virgins called 'Sweetie Pie'.
Not only are the names super-cute but we love the colourful patterned packaging too.
Speaking about the collaboration, Katy revealed that she always wears Eylure when touring so it was only natural to team up with the brand.
She said: "When it came to having a range of my own, I wanted everyone to have a great experience with my lashes. As they have such an amazing history and great quality, Eylure was really the best choice for me to work with."
Keep an eye out (sorry) for Katy's designs when they land in Boots and Superdrug next month.
