Amy Winehouse's maternal instincts must be kicking in. The wayward pop star was on her best behaviour when she threw a surprise birthday bash for goddaughter Dionne Bromfield. The aspiring singer, who has already released her first album on Winehouse's label, celebrated her 14th birthday hanging out with a gaggle of celebs at London's cooler-than-thou Shoreditch House.
Celebrating with Dionne were Lady Sovereign, Pixie Lott, Rachel Adedeji and The Saturdays' Vanessa White. Not a single punch was thrown by Amy which isn't surprising. After her court case last month, she can't afford the slightest confrontation.

Amy Winehouse walked free from court yesterday after pleading guilty to assaulting a theater manager at a Christmas pantomime. She turned up to the court in Milton Keynes wearing a smart black skirt, sensible white blouse and her trademark ballet shoes...and was promptly arrested by the fashion police. Well, ballet shoes in court? There's a heavy fine for that crime Amy.
The singer was given a conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 in costs and £100 compensation after satisfying the court that she has curbed her drinking. '[That] may be harder than a fine, because you have now got to stay on the straight and narrow for the next two years,' the Judge told Winehouse.

Poor Amy Winehouse isn't best pleased with her dad and his interfering ways. Pa Winehouse talked frankly about Amy and her growing up years in last Friday's Channel 4 documentary, My Daughter Amy. The documentary filmed dad Mitch showing off Amy's magazine covers and awards as well as broadcasting video footage of her as a baby. Cringe. Not a fan of Amy's ex-huband Blake, he said, 'Hopefully she'll settle down and meet a nice Jewish cabbie and give me some grandchildren.'
But Amy's reaction was far from happy. 'WHY don't my dad WRITE a SONG when something bothers him instead of going on national tv,' she ranted on Twitter. 'An you thought YOUR parents were embarrassing.'

Oh dear, we smell trouble brewing. According to The Mirror, Amy and Blake Fielder-Civil are planning to remarry. Choosing the Caribbean island of St Lucia as their venue, they are apparently planning a paparazzi flooded an intimate wedding ceremony as soon as Blake finishes his drug rehabilitation next month.
Last year, Amy spent what seemed like months on a continuous holiday in St Lucia while Blake was in prison for assault. The locals took her to their hearts and the island has become a place where Amy feels at home.
Amy said, 'Everything feels right with Blake now. As soon as he's cleared to leave the country and his drug rehab is done it will happen.'

Amy Winehouse collapsed over the Christmas break - apparently from exhaustion.
According to the Mirror, the singer was suffering from a chest infection, which has only been exacerbated by the stress of her recent assault charge.
A source told the paper: "She's been told to keep a low profile and fully recuperate. She has
been feeling very ill of late and had a funny turn at home. She is
quite unwell and exhausted after recent events but is soldiering on, She's doing her best to concentrate on her music and not become
embroiled in drugs again. Her new songs are amazing but will be on the
back burner until she feels better.
"The last week has been a massive
setback for Amy who was really turning a corner. Everyone in her camp
is shocked by what has happened. But their main concern is making sure
she feels better."
Yep, shouting abuse at the entire cast of a panto and then kneeing the theatre manager in the groin must have really wiped her out...

Amy Winehouse is back on form - getting kicked out of a pantomime in Milton Keynes for bad behaviour.
According to the Mirror, Amy was visiting the performance of Cinderella because her friend Anthony was playing Prince Charming, alongside Bobby Davro and Anthea Turner.
She then kicked off the Amy Winehouse crazy train when she met Anthea during the interval. A source told the paper: "she was so spaced out and told Anthea, 'I love you, Anthea, sticky-back plastic, I love you. It got worse because Amy had a cut on her wrist and bled all over Anthea."
The paper also reports that she 'allegedly allegedly allegedly kicked a theatre manager in the groin, pulled his hair and punched him, shouted "he's f***ing behind you" and "F**k Cinders, Prince Charming, marry me!" during the show, called the Ugly Sisters "b****s", refused to sit down through most of the performance, acted like "a demonic child" and made dozens of children cry.'
Good work Amy, that's rounded off the year nicely...

Gaaagh, not only is Amy Winehouse back together with ex husband Blake Fielder civil, but the pair are apparently engaged to be married and are planning to start a family.
According to The Sun, Blake has said: "We're back together, and we're engaged. Amy and I have talked about getting married again and starting a family - we both definitely want kids.
"This time we are doing things properly and hopefully that will help both our families come round to the idea. We've both been through a lot but we love each other the same as ever. We've tried to get on with our lives and to see other people, but it wasn't the same. There's no one like Amy. She will always be the love of my life."
Right, we give it a fortnight before the pair of them are running around London covered in blood and looking crazy again...

Amy Winehouse might be back with Blake Incarcerated, but that hasn't stopped her lusting after X Factor finalist Olly Murs.
Amy's dad Mitch told us all about it while presenting his online show - "she said to me 'I love him dad'. She really likes his looks. He looks a bit like her old ex Alex."
However, he also added that Amy is team Stacey to win: "Amy loves Stacey. The week before last, Amy did a wedding so what is she? She's a wedding singer as well! "There's nothing wrong with Stacey being a wedding singer."
Ah, more pearls of wisdom from that oracle Mitch Winehouse...

Amy Winehouse was snapped coming out of a London restaurant wearing a ring on her wedding finger.
In what appears to be another point-making exercise (Amy also recently changed her Facebook status back to 'married'), the singer spent a good few minutes waving her finger at photographers to they got the picture.
It was reported yesterday that Amy and ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil are planning to remarry, which might have something to do with it. Of course, it's entirely possible she was just giving the paps the finger.

Amy Winehouse has decided to make an honest (ish) man of Blake Fielder-Civil by marrying him. Again.
According to the News of the World, the pair are planning to get married in three months time - under the terms of Blake's prison release, he's not allowed back into London until then.
Blake revealed this and other romantic details to a friend: "We both know we've only ever been divorced on paper. This is the right thing to do."
"We've been talking on the phone five or six times a day. On Friday she told me she was going to put the engagement ring on.
"We'd changed our status to married on Facebook a couple of weeks back but that was more of a laugh.
"This is the real deal. She told me she wanted to get married again. I feel so happy."
