Taylor Swift wears Kate Middleton high street favourite sightseeing in London

Fresh from gracing the cover of American Vogue, Taylor Swift has landed in London - and she's chosen a dress from one of the Duchess of Cambridge's favourite high street shops for a day of sightseeing.

The singer braved the rain in the capital yesterday to visit the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain in Hyde Park. She looked relaxed as she took some snaps on her phone in a NW3 by Hobbs silk cat print dress (very Victoria Beckham SS12!), black Rick Owens leather jacket, tights and flat lace-up boots.

It's not the first time a fashion icon has chosen Hobbs for a walkabout. Kate Middleton packed one of their grey clutches for her recent tour of Canada.

Sister Pippa is also a big fan of the brand's younger, more contemporary line - the NW3 by Hobbs red shift dress she wore to Wimbledon twice last summer sold out almost immediately.

We're not sure Taylor 's dress will have the same effect but she's definitely inspired us to start incorporating next season's trends in to our winter wardrobes.
