Katy and Russell very much on

Their marriage has been dogged by rumours of strain and divorce over the last few months, so it was lovely to see Katy Perry and Russell Brand cuddling up together on the red carpet yesterday.

Katy offset her new rose-blonde bob (our friends over at Kiss and Make-up spotted this colour on Fearne Cotton a while ago) with a white studded leather dress from Versace. Russell seemed smitten with Katy's new look, keeping his arm around her waist as they navigated the red carpet.

The couple stepped out in LA for the David Lynch 3rd Annual Change Begins Within benefit. 

It's thought Katy and Russell will spend some quality time together in India over Christmas. They married there in October 2010.
