Nicole Scherzinger and Steve Jones are secret lovers

According to sources, Nicole and X-Factor US presenter Steve Jones, who used to be co-workers till Nicole stole Cheryl Cole's job was promoted, are secretly together.

An X-Factor USA insider told Heat, "From the beginning, X Factor executives encouraged Nicole and Steve to build their chemistry, and get to know each other better over drinks. But since then, things have moved on."

Things are still secret because "They can't go public until they get the OK from Simon," said the source.
