A Victoria Beckham womb update: She's expecting a girl, friend informs world

If my friends had as big a mouth as the friends of celebrities do, I would make sure I didn't ever tell them anything.

Thanks to one of their friends, it's been claimed that David and Victoria Beckham are expecting a girl - which is lucky because the world will be highly upset if she ends up having a boy. I've never known a time where people have been so hopeful over the sex of someones baby.

Anyway, this friend said, "David and Victoria are over the moon. This will be their last child and to be told they are having a girl is the icing on the cake for the Beckham clan."

Doubt anyone's friend would refer to them as a clan but whatevs.

Apparently the news was revealed to them at a 16-week ultrasound scan, when they were told their daughter was healthy and developing perfectly.

So we can all rest easily now.
