Lindsay Lohan to be charged with grand theft

More or less fresh out of rehab, it's been revealed that the actress is going to be charged with felony grand theft for allegedly steeling a $2,500 necklace from an L.A. jewelry store.

Oh dear.

Lindsay will be arraigned at 1:30 PM today, and must be present for the hearing - if she's found guilty she could go to actual prison.

Please girl, don't write 'F U' on your nails again. It is unbecoming and counter productive.

  • Guess Lindsay Lohan will never learn her lesson or grow up. She needs jail to straighten her out. Hopefully that will. If not who knows what will happen to her. She is a good actress but she throws it away because of her behavior. Feel bad for her. Maybe she has low self-esteem, doesn't have people she can trust & that's why she does the stuff she does. Wish she would get help & make changes in her life. She could have a great, drug free life if she chooses too. Obviously she chooses not too and wish she would before it's to late.
