Victoria Beckham on her exercise regime
Victoria Beckham has revealed to InStyle just how she gets that svelte figure - although I really can't see Posh Spice in gym clothes, can you?
She revealed, "I run four or five miles every day on the treadmill. For me I like the fact I can get off whenever I want ... I've also started seeing a trainer at the gym and he's fantastic. Brutal, but absolutely fantastic."
However despite obviously being in quite good shape to run 6 miles a day, Victoria said she still can't compete with husband David's body (but then who can?).
She said: "I'm not going to compete with him - are you kidding me? Come on. He has an amazing body. He doesn't have any fat on him at all."
Er... we doubt you do either Vic.
