Taylor Swift becomes youngest person to win BMI Country Songwriter of the Year

Taylor Swift attended the 58th Annual BMI Country Awards yesterday night in Nashville where she became the youngest person ever to win the BMI Country Songwriter of the Year award!

The 20-year old singer was dressed for success in a typically sparkly navy mini dress with peep toe shoes and her hair is a side-swept bun.

Taylor, who attended the funeral of one of her friends only the day before, said of the award last night, "It's been a really emotional week for me."
