Taylor Momsen attended the MTV EMAs yesterday in Madrid, and won the award for wearing the least amount of clothing with this... outfit?

The teenage singer wore a black shirt (wrongly buttoned - she's rock you know) over a black lace bra and a pair of Alexander McQueen Fall 2010 over-the-knee boots, and a choker. How 90's.

Why does this girl think that looking like a baby prostitute is 'rock'? Did you ever see Axl Rose wearing stripper heels and and a bra onstage?

Seriously, where the hell are her parents??
