Mel C: 'Victoria Beckham is very strong'

Spice Girl Mel C has insisted that her bandmate Victoria Beckham is coping with the allegations of cheating against her husband David.

Mel said, "Victoria's absolutely fine despite everything. It's awful for that kind of thing to happen to her, but Victoria is very strong."

She added, "She's been in this environment for a long time where things are sometimes said that aren't true. There have been so many lies about all of the Spice Girls and their relationships and it's always awful when it happens. But you just ignore them and get on with things."
