Jennifer Lopez will be American Idol judge

Despite the rumours that she was rejected because of her diva-ish demands, it has been confirmed that Jennifer Lopez will be a judge on American Idol!

The singer signed a $12 million deal to join Randy Jackson and Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler at the judges' table.

The last time we'd heard Jen's name in relation to American Idol, sources were saying that she was no longer under consideration for the show.

A source said, "Her demands got out of hand. Fox had just had enough."

We guess that goes to show, you shouldn't believe everything you read!
