Paris Hilton gets a new pug friend

Isn't it ADORABLE!?

The heiress has a new puppy joining her ranks of dogs (and a ferret, remember that?) - a pug called Mugsy. Paris debuted him for the first time yesterday during a shopping trip in LA. Also we love her leopard print wrap dress.

For once we think we're more jealous about the dog, then we are about her stacks of bags from Fred Segal.
