Emmy nominations are in - Glee gets 19!

The Emmy award nominations have been announced, and new show Glee swept the board with an amazing 10 nominations!

The hit US show was put forward for gongs in a range of different top categories, including Outstanding Guest Actor for Kristen Chenoweth, Outstanding Supporting Actress for Jane Lynch, and Outstanding Actress in a Comedy for Lea Michelle.

Chris Colfer is nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor, and was asked by Vanity Fair what he thought he could do to destroy his chances of winning, if he wanted to "sabotage [his] career right at the moment of [his] greatest success".

He answered, "Hmm. Let's see... 1) I would make many political and religious jokes on Twitter. 2) I would try to get as many speeding tickets and citations as possible, including ones for littering. 3) I would film myself kicking a puppy and put it up on YouTube. That's about the worst thing you can do, right? Kicking a puppy?"
