In a desperate bid to remain in the media (and look, it's working) the reality tv star has decided to start his own paparazzi agency.
Yep.
He tweeted, "Anyone tweet me any celebrity sitings I'm starting my own PAP agency! I will pay for good tips if they get me the photo hahaha, (sic) Send me all your celeb photos you take with your camera phones and i will post them on my new blog KINGSPENCER.com and give you credit and $."
