Doctor Who's stylish new assistant Karen Gillan is fast becoming the girl we look out for on the red carpet, and she didn't let us down at the Glamour Woman of the Year Awards last night.

The actress hit the red carpet in a strapless olive green and black tulle mini-dress with rosette detail on the shoulder fanning out into a lace lining.

She may not have been your best dressed of the evening but you can't deny she gives it a shot.
