Rumours are swirling that Heidi Montag is terrified she could be pregnant by estranged husband and all round crazy-person Spencer Pratt.

We'd be terrified too, but she married him.

A fake source that was obviously either Heidi or Spencer said "She and Spencer had an active sex life right up until the day she walked out door, and she was terrified that she could be pregnant."

They added: "This is the last thing she needs right now..."

Or the first, considering she's becoming even less relevant then she ever was?
