annehathawayalice.jpgThe race for the lead role in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is hotting up, with Anne Hathaway and Natalie Portman reportedly joining the scrum for the job.

And we do mean scrum - a huge amount of A-list names have been mentioned in wanting the role of the bisexual hacker who teams up with a disgraced journalist to solve a disappearance case.

Actresses who reportedly want the role include Kristen Stewart, Carey Mulligan, Ellen Page, Mia Wasikowska, Keira Knightley, Olivia Thirlby, Scarlett Johannson, and now Anne Hathaway and Natalie Portman!

The movie bosses are probably beside themselves.
