Jennifer Aniston on a baby food diet?
Apparently so! Jennifer Aniston has apparently embarked on a exercise regime and diet with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who has also trained Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna.
The diet, consisting of 14 portions of puréed food a day followed by a healthy adult-sized dinner, has been developed by Anderson to help her clients 'eliminate toxicity'.
She said, "I wanted something where you can eliminate toxicity and break bad habits but still have your digestive system going. That is when the baby good cleanse was born. You get to eat all day these little puree things, and the chocolate pudding I did is pretty killer."
The diet has reported helped Jen lose 7lbs in one week.
