Tina Fey: 'Lindsay Lohan was a lovely girl'

tina-fey-mail.jpgTina Fey did an interview with the Daily Mail's You magazine, and talked about Lindsay Lohan while discussing the pitfalls of being a child star.

The comedian was talking about her daughter going into acting and avoiding the "downward spiral" that Lindsay, who she starred with in Mean Girls, has fallen into.

She said, "Lindsay was 17 when she did Mean Girls and she was brilliant. But to have success and money at that age has got to be overwhelming."

"No-one tells you, 'No', and I definitely wouldn't want that for my child."

Tina went on, "Lindsay was a lovely girl. Very smart and very funny - and I hold out hope that we'll see some really good work from her again."
