Tess Daly and Vernon Kay present a united front at Prince's Trust

Tess Daly and Vernon Kay have appeared in public together for the first time since it came out that Vernon was having a 'sex text' relationship with glamour model Rhian Sugdan.

The couple presented an award at the Prince's Trust Celebrate Success Awards in Leicester Square last night.

With his arm around Tess's waist, the presenter said "It is such a treat to have an afternoon out, especially in such esteemed company."

Apparently Vernon only shook hands with female guests rather than kissing them.

He must be in trouble.
