Jessica Simpson doesn't want to die alone

It looks like Jessica Simpson hasn't been put off men by the collective efforts of Nick Lachey, John Mayer and Tony Romo - she says she's still looking for love.

The singer said, "I hope I don't die alone, that's for damn sure. Hopefully I can find a man that understands my life and understands my purpose. I just need to find the right man."

The singer lamented the effect her fame has on dating, saying, "It does affect certain decisions."

"Like, I'd love to go out to dinner with certain people I've met, but I can't because everyone would be like, 'Wow! They're gonna get married!'"
