Paris Hilton left key under the mat...then was burgled

Paris Hilton was an easy target for burglary because she was 'dumb' and left her front door key under a mat, according to her accused burglar.

The 29-year-old socialite was targeted by a gang of teen celebrity-obsessed thieves because they thought she was the most likely to leave a door unlocked and 'leave a lot of money lying around'. Er guess what? They were right.

The thieves stole more than £2million in cash, clothes, jewellery and art from a combination of rich celebs including Orlando Bloom, Lindsay Lohan, Rachel Bilson and Audrina Partridge. Wow, that's an awful lot of sequin dresses.
