This is what we need to brighten our dull February days - a perky yellow coat! Lauren Conrad defied the winter gloom in a daffodil-bright coat for her appearance on Good Morning America. Teaming it with brave bare legs, classic black stilettos and red lipstick she looked the epitome of the classic uptown girl.

Ex-Hills star Lauren was on the show to promote her second book, Sweet Little Lies but got asked the inevitable question about Heidi Montag's face surgery. Her diplomatic reply? 'It's a look.' Quite.
