Kimberley Walsh to co-host MTV BAFTA coverage

It's not enough to be a pop star these days, you also have to be a dress designer, model or TV presenter. Girls Aloud star Kimberley Walsh is finding this out for herself. Fresh from cutting the ribbon at last week's opening of New Look's new flagship store, she has been enlisted to co-host MTV's coverage of the BAFTA awards.

Glamorous Kimberley appeared at a photocall at the Dorchester Hotel to announce her new job, looking every inch the red carpet diva herself. Kimberley said, 'I'm really excited to be presenting from the red carpet at this year's Orange British Academy Film Awards. The girls and I have walked many red carpets but this will be by far the most nerve racking!'

The burning question is, how long will that coiff stay in place?
